So far, my only nag with TC is the way it sometimes forgets to mention important things for the key missions, I was sat going through controls and everything working out how to launch satellites and in the end i thought "Screw this, lets try eject" and it frickin worked.
Also, DAMN SETA is a temperamental ***** in heat. Having to re-activate it 5-6 times for a short journey and then having it deactivate 1-2km from every damn gate is annoying. Is there any scripts to fix that by any chance? ___________________________________________ Haruhiist since December 2008

Trick with SETA is to only use it in Autopilot and then not touch anything.
You want it to shut off at gates and such because giant ships often pop out of them right when you are fixing to go through, calling for some evasive maneuvers.

SETA = OOS ship death for me.
Plus my economy has basically died, nothing on market and very few ships visiting my complexes.

There may be a script, check out the egosoft forums, best community for a game i've ever seen.
However, SETA automatically disengages to avoid collisions with other objects, so you may find yourself randomly exploding after ramming into a hauler at some point if you use a script like this.
Anyone here tried the Final Fury(?) missions? I'm about to get started with them and they look pretty cool, what sort of ships are the requirements or does it progressively scale up?

The Missions are very hard. You will Encounter Fleets of Alien Ships and when you have to escort Freighters its getting really frustrating.
With a low Combat Rank Final Fury might be doable but with a High Rank, you should not fly a M2 yourself, but also be prepared to bring a Fleet.
In the Final Mission you will face a Superdestroyer with 17GJ Shields and powerful Beamweapons

You what?
I'm planning to take 3x Hydras and 8x Chimeras for the first mission to go, I think that may be enough.
