Originally by: Queen Margaret you have 10 ships in the hangar, and you know the module you need to grab, is fitted to one of those ships, but the ships won't tell you what modules they have fit!
So you think the ship named "blinky" is fit with a buffer tank, but no its, smartbombs and you can waste minutes this way.
There's an app called Eve Asset Manager, or Heavy Duck, which tells you everything you own, whether it's in different stations, in cans, in space, or fitted on ships. If you have it already setup and keep the asset list up to date, you can avoid this hassle completely.
But you have to keep it up to date. If you have to requery the game, it takes just as long.
On the other hand, it's vital for finding stuff you never knew you had in weird places.

It's pure gold.

Lag when there's 100 people in your system. Seriously, should it take 2 full cruise launcher cycles to shut the friggin things off after I deactivate them?

When the FC moves me around in the fleet without telling me and gives me the dreaded invisible session change timer, which I only find out about when I land at a gate and have to wait to jump through.

Most annoying thing in eve is the people. Especially the ones that wait to gather numbers and blob you and then call you chicken, totally convinced lol |

This one really needs looking at by the UI designers.

No full scale faction war. Races have absolutly no meaning in eve.

Bookmarks.
I mean really, the human race can build jump gates, warp engines, cpus measured in Tflops, nano rapair systems, self recharging energy sources, cloning transfers, etc, etc, etc and they can't even come up with some basic navigation tools or coordinate systems?!
Very lazy game design CCP.

Coming back to Eve after 3 years finding out that all lvl4 agents are STILL in secure space, clogging up whole systems and making a mockery of the whole 'risk vs. reward' philosophy.

Originally by: King Rothgar NPC AI, even the sleepers. It's beyond stupid, pve and pvp setups should be the same thing for the most part. NPC's should flee losing battles and should do human level damage and have human level tanks. You should have to warp scramble an NPC to actually kill them unless you manage to one volley them. And if massively outclassed they should just warp off before you get a lock (or try to). Making them properly choose targets is more difficult but surely CCP can do better than the current system of targeting whatever shows up first. There is no reason that npc's can't use the same ship mechanics players use and be fitted with common setups for pvp. It really isn't that complicated.
On a related note, people playing an MMO as a single player game. Seriously, wtf. Missions in most MMO's require atleast a 4 man team to complete in any reasonable amount of time, eve's agent missions should do the same. Yes, a lvl1 mission should require 4-8 noobs in frigates to complete. It should be possible to fail missions as well. In duo of death as an example, if you fail to tackle the two BS's before they realize things are going badly, they warp off and you lose the mission. Waiting till after dt for another chance would not work either, it's simply failed and closed.
This poster and everything he stands for, as well as all his similarly-minded prole brothers.

Seriously, if battleship personnel numbers run into hundreds, how come I don't know a single one of them? I want to know who is on-board my ship, bloody hell!
Other than that, macro miners. -----
