Yea, I've been seeing allot of this jump on the person we're investing with lately, maybe it's a new trend (siteing what's going on with LRN as well). I support James both financially and morally in his adventure because:
1. A few of the original investors have PERSONAL information on him.
2. He has done and fully co-operated on an audit in the past, and will again for his next investment.
3. He has been paying dividends on time, and I suspect he will payout the original bond as promised. He is waiting till the first bond completes before taking payments for the second, meaning everyone gets everthing back+interest and can start over.
4. He's evoling his bond. His interest rates are dropping slightly, meaning that he is serious in running it. It shows that perhaps he had them abit high at first, and wants to run more efficient and successful investments in the near future, such as Dbank lowering fixed loan rates down to protect long term growth.
5. I diversify my investments anyway, if something goes wrong, I cut my losses. There may be a good chance that he is just growing and growing to scam everyone, but if we never try, we never know. Imagine if everyone gave up on Ebank saying "it's probably a big scam" - it would of never grown to what it is today, nor would people of made the isk they have today.
I'd like a few people that get mad and call every new bond a scam to make an exact list of what they think they NEED to trust a new person. I don't know about everyone else, but the 5 reasons above me are at the top, think on that for a minute.
All I'm saying is quit driving every single (and I mean all) people trying to launch bonds into the ground. From an investors perspective, James Tundra has set up the bond in every way possible to insure he is as legit as possible, no rock is left unturned. If it works it works, we make some money. If he scams he scams, whatever, no risk no reward, we try to learn from it, and move on.
