I just don't get it, why it is so difficult to implement some kind of filter, so 'eve' in conjunction with 'isk' would get obscured...

Hello WTS Cheap random isk really amazing fun [isksite] fantastic deal. Keep switching the words around, eventually your filter will start filtering normal messages, or it will just completely miss the isk sellers. Note that even blocking the website is ineffective as soon they'd start using Tinyurl and the like.
