Hello there . I have been playing eve for a couple of months , just exploring and running NPC Missions . I had realized that I was sort of drifting through the game leaving mission booty at various stations and I now want to move some or all of this stuff in one place. The problem I have is that a ship to carry my favourite frigate and all of the loot is a: Beyond my means and b: to big anyway .
I would be grateful for any ideas

This might be a little risky, but the method I use to move my ships is to take the first ship where I want them, leave the ship and travel back in my pod to collect the second one.
Remember that even if you had a ship large enough to carry the others, if you repackage the other ships (so they can be carried as freight), you lose the insurance on them.
As for the rest of your stuff, unless you actually want it at the new location, just leave it. It doesn't cost anything for stuff to be left spread around the galaxy.

Quick reply to list a few options: -
Sell it, dont move it. Train and buy a hauler (Example: Badger, Bestower) You will NEED one eventually, now is as good a time as ever. Create delivery orders/requests using contracts. (Probably not the best option financially for you I would guess) Make many jumps taking as much as you can each time. (Not ideal at the best of times, currently out of the question considering that Eve gates are broken)

The only way to move things about in this game is to have them inside of some ship and fly the ship from A to B. That said there are some nuances that you may not have considered:
1) For each of your ships, fill it up with all the loot you can carry, fly the ship to your destination, then "Leave ship" and fly to the next ship in your pod; repeat. 2) Buy an Industrial ship and fit it with cargo expanders, then repackage your frigate(s). You should be able to carry at least one ship and a whole bunch of modules in the cargo depending on what industrial you're able to fly. 3) As above, but ask someone in your corp to help you with it. They might well also be able to do the job in an Orca or Freighter, which has a much larger capacity. 4) As above, but pay for a third party to move the goods via a courier contract. 5) Sell all of your stuff where it currently is, and buy equivalent ships & modules at your destination. This often won't end up losing you as much money as you'd think. 6) If you're not specifically going to use the ships/modules, melt them down and either sell or haul the minerals. Many items take up less space when melted down than they do intact, and often for T1 modules the price of the mod is the value of the minerals. Watch out for refining inefficiencies though, as well as the occasional modules that take up more space in mineral form.

Thank you , Gentlemen. I think I am hooked on this game now. A very simple question and three completely different replies , all of them valid and sensible options.
I have repackaged my frigate so I presume I will need new insurance ?
bye for now :)
