If it's a PC you're asking for ...
THe skills are a bit spread out but given the sp amount I'd say your character is worth about 25b ... maybe a bit more.
I wouldn't let it go for less than 24 anyways.

Im selling the char for 19billion to Flashmurder87.
The trade will be done tomorrow when I have resigned all my roles and removed all my assets.
When I have resived the ISK i will transfer the character and pay for transfer.
