Friends had a petition in for a couple of days asking for the temp reactivation so he can apply a PLEX, Anyone had to do this recently that can give an rough time it took for them to get a response?

Mine took a day for them to reactivate the other account. Bear in mind though that I think it is a privilege that they allow you to reactivate with a plex like that, not a right. The company I work for would not be so kind tbh.
Your skill training lasts 72h after account deactivation, so worry about it when it starts getting to that point.
What information did you give in your petition? Mine said basically this

Give them all the info they need without them having to dig around, so when they do get around to it they can deal with it better.
As a side note, when the GM replied 'i have added a day to your a account', it showed up in the account management, but once the plex was applied it was 30d, so you don't get a free day out of it at all. Not complaining, just wanted to point it out.

Yeah. His sub ran out a week ago, so i contracted him a plex and he sent in a petition asking for the activation. Just looking for rough time estimates as the lost training time is killing him

I did this last week with one of my alts...got the billing date mixed up and account suspended. I sent the petition off on Saturday afternoon my time I think, and it was answered Wednesday morning my time.
