I was peacefully moving my shuttle with my brand new blueprint in the hold, when BOOM some no-life in lowsec who doesn't have anything to do except sit on a gate all date blew me up.
I WILL NOT STAND FOR THIS.
So, I am offering a 350M contract to anyone willing to make life difficult for Laconian Syndicate alliance, the corporation Neo Spartans in particular and the player ramand specially. If interested, contact me in game for more information.

If you really are serious about this, then calm down a little and read this. It's a guide about how you go about hiring some mercs:
Mercenary Hiring Guide
We've already had one contract against the Neo Spartans and for the right price could be tempted again.

I'm sorry to say but it sound's like you are saying that you are spending Real Life money to buy ISK that you intend to use to pay someone else to take a contract out on us, I cannot just sit around and allow someone to break the EULA and for this reason it is my duty to report you to CCP as a potential ISK buyer.
Moving onto topic I can honestly say that Ramand does not sit on the gate all day and sometimes takes break's for bathroom uses, drinks, pawning some noob ravens etc, So you shouldn't be rude to him.

I fully endorse this contract! After spending a lot of time with neospartans I can confirm that they have no friends at all and will not be able to get help from anyone outside their corp. I will even contribute to this by throwing beers at the neo guys in the local bar
