Just a question, I'm wondering about: Are there low sec constellations in Empire which cannot be reached by carriers or dreads?

Entire constellations? No, I'm reasonably certain that three are no entire LoSec constellations that cannot be reached by capital ships.
Having said that, there may very well be the odd isolated pocket of LoSec here or there that may be difficult or out-of-the-way for a capital ship to get to but I don't know about impossible. |

Thought so. Thanks! Maybe there is someone else who has an opinion on that?

Even if there were, you could always build carriers/dreads there.

Even if there are no stations, it's always possible to have someone light up a cyno field and jump the cap ships in there. |

I think he was inquiring about range limitations (i.e. are there any systems too far away from any other Null/LoSec systems for a capital ship to jump to).
The person above also raises a very good point in that you could simply build the ships in-system.
So no, there are no LoSec systems that cannot be accessed by Capital Ships. -------------------- "I am hard pressed on my right; my centre is giving way; situation excellent; I am attacking." - Ferdinand Foch at the Battle of the Marne |

That's correct.

I'm aware of this, it is more about the idea that enemies won't be able to send capital ships to a certain low sec destination. I don't think that they would start to build a Carrier in a low sec system because of some pilot they want to catch.

It would be pretty funny if they did though becuase after taking down your POS they pretty much have a useless(or immobile) cap.
I guess they could anchor their own POS and use it for defense. |

Doubtful. A carrier can jump pretty far with Jump Calibration lvl 5.

Not that I know of and as said, you can always build them there. There are plenty of reasonably safe low sec areas though. Most of low sec is devoid of players. |
