I just scammed someone out of a plex with 400k (to masquerade as 400mil) - is this legal? I know like... character scams and account sharing and stuff is illegal, but I was wondering about the plexes, thanks.

its legal if you dont glitch its all legal

Of course it's legal. It's not a character scam, it's a scam to obtain an in-game good. Evil, but not ban-worthy.
I guess this means you will stop giving away ISK on the previous thread.  (in all honesty, did you ever start?)
By the way, I was serious about my question in that thread. You mentioned that you'd had to leave a corp because they were not deaf-friendly. What could a corp do to be more deaf-friendly?
For what it's worth, I'm glad you're sticking around.

If you looked at the OTHER thread, it was about a scam in which I use the other thread to assist me in my scam - it's been moderated to remove chatlogs, but if you go to the end and click the eve-search links, you'll see the whole story.

Do you mean the other thread, or the other other thread? You've started quite a few threads lately, scams withing scams accompanied by some light trolling. Do you have a stalker that I could ask? It's hard to keep these things straight. I suppose that's the point.
Now the one thing I'm quite sure you've been honest about is your promise to give me one meeeeelion ISK. Sure, you might have been trolling everyone else, but not me, surely. The simple version of the rule is in-game scams are allowed, out-of-game scams are not.
So scamming for a PLEX should be fine as it is an in-game item, scamming for a GTC is not as it is an out-of-game item. |

If you only used the buyer's ignorance and greed to your advantage ("wrong" label on a contract and he didn't read the "fine print" because he was in a hurry) = all fine.
If you used a game bug/exploit to your advantage (trade window lag or somesuch other shenenigans) = ban-worthy.
