Hello
It is with sadness and regret that I would like to report a corp theft from OzDiggers corp...which is not unusual in itself, however this was particularly galling for those concerned and has impacted on many who held this person in their trust.
There is no longer any doubt regarding the events or that this was a premeditated theft designed to make the guilty party appear innocent (which is part of the galling part).
The guilty party (and known alts): tristar cosmose, xXShadowwarriorXx, lollerskates roflcopter
Claims on the night: tristar (the 2IC in corp) claimed his alt was compromised and hacker took over and proceeded to clean out corp hanger of all blueprints and modules conservatively worth billions of isk, also claimed primary was "locked out" and all personal isk and ships taken. Petitions were filed, ccp supposedly had positive response and indicated isk had been returned and everything else would be restored. Later main denies having been online that night and claims toons locked out with ccp saying they cant arrange for you to change password.
The evidence to refute claims: 1.CCP confirm no petition filed by main, or alt yet on the night this was a key part of your whole fantasy. 2.CCP own investigation finds it was a corp theft...cant think why ccp would say it was a theft when it wasn't, the can track everything after all. 3. Looking back though logs of event and confirming with other witnesses that story has several holes 4. All characters left corp within 24 hrs 5. Checking member hanger all your ships that were supposedly missing were there and intact well before restoration could have occurred. 6. For accounts that were supposedly inactive and locked your main and the affected alt were both online next day after incident at 5am on a weekday morning I might add...a time when unlikely anyone else would be around to notice....why would an isk hacker continue with accounts after everything supposedly having already been taken? and besides you said you had changed your passwords...interesting isn't it? 6. lollerskates has already joined another corp...so much for being locked out. 7. Corp records including audit of isk transfers (time etc) indicates isk taken only by toon that was clearly not compromised on the night....and dude for someone who was supposedly not there...I have all the records including wishing someone happy birthday...suggest isk scammer may not have known that, or cared!!! 8. Looking back now the timing of the whole episode was so perfect...CEo having just logged for the night, all blueprints having just been returned to corp hanger, and having witnesses at just the right time to see you supposedly being hacked...bravo, have to admire the thought that went into the whole thing. 9. Given how fast ccp reacted to my petition and email etc...and the support they showed to me, your claims about their inability to help you are pure fabrication.
The story as we now know it: tristar concocted a story of being "hacked" through alts, and pretended to be victim while taking everything the corp had that he had access to and left with loot including around 250 odd blueprints.
Conclusion: Following the evidence and the logic no isk scammer would have gone done it in the way you suggest. Evidence refutes every one of your claims. Logic dictates that you ripped off your supposed "friends" and then you are so weak in character that you need the psychological crutch of continuing to claim you were the innocent victim....while having left the corp and made no contact with anyone else about the incident, beyond an email on the night bleating about your predicament.
Oh an I can document all of this with eve records, ccp records from my own (and others) petitions and corroborating accounts from witnesses at the time of incident and evidence gleaned from all corp records.

I have to ask how exactly you got CCP to reveal to you the petitions filed (or not) by another person. Also, why are CCP telling you what is/isn't a corp theft?

Not sure how you got CCP to reveal info about someone else's petition or lack thereof, usually game companies refuse to discuss customer service inquiries to third parties for privacy reasons.

Lets take a couple of your comments.
"1.CCP confirm no petition filed by main, or alt yet on the night this was a key part of your whole fantasy." "9. Given how fast ccp reacted to my petition and email etc...and the support they showed to me, your claims about their inability to help you are pure fabrication."
Without reading into this too much, so my personal feels arent too much involved, you appear to say that CCP have confirmed no petitions were made by a char not of your own? I very much doubt CCP would acti in this way whatsoever - it poses no benefit to them, and would infact cause a huge problem with regards to trust issues.
I'm going to straight call you out, your a damn liar.

Sounds like a bluff there. It's hard to believe that CCP would openly talk about something like that. Based on what I've read from posts in the past, if you got any bit of that info from a real CCP employee, then you definitely owe them greatly.
From your list, I'd say 1 and 2 aren't needed, and are only a bluff to get the dude to confess his crime. The rest of your post, if true, say all that needs to be said except for how bad the damage was. Sorry to hear of your loss and that the lesson was so expensive. You've got to watch those high priced items, you never know when a thief will hit you.

Hello
There are some interesting points made by several respondents and all I will add is that the conclusions regarding the information from CCP was deduced from sharing information from petitions filed by several corp members over a period of days....perhaps in hindsight I could have been clearer in this regard.
When added to everything else the overall picture is clear as to what actually happened as opposed to what was claimed. I can only reiterate I have evidence to support every statement and entirely up to you whether you want to believe it.
I don't see there was any breach of trust by ccp and it seemed to me they took great care in answering our specific requests as best they could while maintaining that trust. Indeed ccp gave a great deal of support through their quick action and I for one thank them for that.
In regards to the amount taken it was considerable and has left the rest of us in shock and disappointment. However I have tried to get some small piece of justice by posting this warning and as far as I am concerned the matter is now closed and our corp will move on.
Thanks for your opinions.
