This is a warning for anyone jumping in to Amamake. There are some people in there that know how to hax the server and stop you from warping.
I was traveling through there to get from Rens to Amarr and I jumped in to see 2 people on the gate. For a second I panicked and then I remembered I was in my trusty lowsec travail fit with its 4 warp core stabilizers. Knowing I was going to be immune to warp scramblers from both of them I proceeded decloak and start to warp away.
All of a sudden my ship stopped moving and I was polity told that I could not warp as I was being warp scrambled. I double checked my fit to make sure I hadn't accidentally put expanded cargoholds on instead of stabilizers, but no, I had 4 stabilizers.
So be warned. They were able to cheat and stop me from moving despite me having the appropriate defense. I have petitioned and im hoping to get them banned. |

I already have. The overview was also only showing a single scrambler so it wasn't something stupid like them fitting more than 1. |

edit: beaten to it
Learn the game mechanics, it's the so-called infinipoint, also known as the HIC bubble focused on a single target. The warp disruption field generator (WDFG) with a focused script does that to you. It essentially has the effect of a bubble (i.e. no stabs are gonna save you), but can be used as a single-target warp scram, even in low-/hisec. No haxploit there. |

I just had a friend tell me you were scoring my post. I didn't realize that there was a way you could score posts on a forum. Has anyone got a link to the scorecard so I can make a better post next time? |

You have to beat the forum boss in a flame-fest first, then the link will automatically be displayed at the top of each forum page.

Lana Torrin, there is a ship type called heavy interdictors. They are Tech 2 cruisers which can fit a special module called a Warp Disruption Field Generator I. This module emits a sphere of 16km range, in which you can not warp away. Normally this module can not be activated in lowsec, but it is possible to modify it using a Focused Warp Disruption script. (Scripts work similar to ammunition, but are not consumed when used.)
With that script installed, the module can be turned on in lowsec, but instead of a sphere around the ship only works on one target at a time. It counts as a warp scrambler with an infinite strength, which means no matter how many stabilizers you fit, you are still caught.
No cheating involved.
