I just bought a armor plate off the market in Jita 4-4 that had heat damage. I had to pay to repair a brand new plate.. |

It is not possible. You cannot repackage damaged items and you cannot sell unpackaged items. You must have confused it with one of your old and damaged plates. |

It shouldn't be possible. A packaged item has no "damage" value attached to it, or at least that's what we've been told. If you had heat damage on a freshly unpackaged item, that's a bug, and it could happen to any other item you buy. Are you SURE it was the newly purchased plate ?

Na it's not possible.. It was on a new alt I made for some LuLz. He had no assets and nothing in Jita. Took him there to build a ship and I got broken parts..

If it was a module typically used on Matari ships, it's not really damaged.
