I have to imagine a 100mn dual bonus'd web loki with a long point, shooting emp would give a tegu a run for its money. The loki might not even need the 100mn honestly.. |

Honestly the only way you will keep a 100mn tengu in your range is top web the **** outa em before they pick up speed after that their inertia will carry them out side the webs. Even 1 vindi catching me at 16 km with dual webs couldnt keep me from getting outa range. Now 2 vindi encounter was a different story all together |

Few Tengu pilots pack FOF's. The option is there but very few actually carry them.
As such, anything that can sit outside of its actual range (Sensor damped), while keeping it inside theirs, holding point and generate enough DPS to crack the tank, will get the job done.
Some odd fits could be put together out of Forced Recons to get this done as well as a few other ships. Mids would be important - web *might* be optional if you can get a scram on them but scrams are short ranged so you'll usually take a beating while trying it.
Perhaps an Arazu - this would be tough due to DPS issues. Pilgrim or Rapier... Loki should be able to do it too. Otherwise it's get in, scram them and handle the DPS via tank while blowing them up -- Proteus style perhaps. (bookmark at range, use cloak to set one at the target, warp out, come back in without cloak so no delay on cloaking timer - that kind of schtick)
Much easier is the team approach. 2v1 -- tons of options to safely and effectively nail them. |

Multiple things can kill a Tengu based on the Tengu pilots ability.
I've killed them in an Ishtar, just a case of getting in close, with scram and webs, then kick off your neuts and watch him gradually die.
Also, the web drones due to be released are going to seriously buff ishtars and other ships.
Think you can kite me Mr Vagabond, well see what you think of my web drones, oh look i've caught you, switch out drones, oh look your dead.
