Please note this is not a whine, I'm just curious.
Anyone know an average petition response time for the reimbursement category? Mine is currently 3 1/2 days old. |

Reimbursement would be 1-3 weeks. |

possibly the slowest response time because people don't like losing their stuff and try petitioning almost every loss regardless of why they lost it. |

Think my Malediction petition is 3-4 days old now. Lost it outside a station.
Docking permission requested....
Shields gone.
Armour beginning to go.
Docking request accepted, your ship wll be towed into station.....
Armour goes.
Structure begins to go.
Structure goes.
Then it docks my pod.
It's like it waited for me to be in the pod, specifically to dock that. |

Uhh.. sounds like you are a part of the problem. Or did CCP start reimbursing due to normal game mechanics? Or are you trying to argue lag here? |

I petitioned because I was flying around in an Ishtar hunting with 2 gangmates. The client crashed as we came out of warp near an acceleration gate and I was stuck in a 1500 person login queue for 30 minutes, then when the queue number reached zero and I tried to log in it reset back to being 200 in the line everytime (this happened around 3 times).
My gangmates saw me emergency warp and dissapoear from grid.
I give up on the login, and next morning find myself in a pod, killed by someone who wasn't even in system at the time.
There's no way that can be put down to pilot error. _______________

So did you have agro when you logged? If not it is a bug, if yes they probably just probed you down.
Btw i dont know if there were special issues, but in general waiting in the queue is never a good idea, restarting eve a few times works far better (unless there was special stuff going on). |

I love it how people still think they can get ships back they lost due to lag... |

The criminal timer showed less than a minute remaining when I crashed and the single person on the lossmail wasn't even in system at the time I emergency warped anyway (also, he was in a vagabond, not a probing ship).
I usually restart my client too, but it didn't work this time unfortunately . |

What the hell are you talking about?
I lost a 300mill ship and setup because of a client and game bug to a ship that had no means of probing me out despite the fact I emergency warped and dissapeared from grid. Stop talking *******s. |

He's saying that you petitions are "I lost my ship :'(" which might be clogging up the system for petitions about the latest exploit, much more serious, no? |

Your first mistake is assuming there's a queue. The queue is fake. If you get it, close your client and open it again and it goes away. There is no queue. Ever. Unless you're training skills. ---------------- A million faces, each a million lies |
