I had the following fitting on my SIN:
Damage Control II Large Armor Repairer II Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane II Armor Kinetic Hardener II Armor Explosive Hardener II Armor Thermic Hardener II Sensor Booster II Cap Recharger II Cap Recharger II Cap Recharger II Heavy Capacitor Booster II,Cap Booster 800 100MN Afterburner II Improved Cloaking Device II Cynosural Field Generator I Drone Link Augmentor I Drone Link Augmentor I Large Remote Armor Repair System II
Covert Jump Portal Generator I Capacitor Control Circuit I Capacitor Control Circuit I
I undocked and set full speed to get distance from station so I could cloak. After reaching 3000m I hit cloak. I can see my ships cloaking and module flashing green. Right after (under 5sec) I hit the AB and I can see it activates and my ship get speed. The AB ran for 1 cycle then stoped. After this I've tried the same with quickly activate AB, DCU, Armor repair and hardeners and all worked if I was quick enough. All ran for 1 cycle then stoped. Dunno if this is how it was supposed to work or it's a real bug.

He means If you didn't know of this then your either new to cloaking ships or have never tried it.
This is the old cloak and mwd trick covert ships use, if you click a module fast enough after you press the cloak module you get a cycle of it. Very handy for getting away from a gate at mwd speed in a covert ops while cloaked.

MWD then cloak is intended (it was actually "fixed" then re-enabled after people complained).
Being able to activate any module after you've hit cloak sounds like a bug to me, so I don't think you're wrong in reporting this.

Yeah, I though so.. actually the BH team attached my report to a defect so I take it I was right.

the reason being is that you're ship is not actually "Cloaked" until it disappears from grid completely. This means that it takes about 5 seconds to actually turn in visible after hitting that cloaking device button. Its the same reason you can look at some one and watch them slowly disappear, otherwise, if you looked at them and they hit cloak, you would instantly change view back to your ship.
Because you're ship's cloak variable doesnt switch to true until 5 seconds after hitting the cloak button (in which its actually truely cloaked) you can still activate modules. Kind of like warping, where you can turn on an afterburner before you actually warp, even though you are technically "executing warp", you're not actually warping.
Afaik, Working but not necessarily as intended. That 5 second period isnt really a big deal enough to be counted as unfair, but removing it would constitute a waste of time on CCP's part, theres bigger fish to fry.
