CCP Games is rounding out its trip to E3 by inviting up to 500 of its closest friends and spaceship pilots for free drinks in celebration of EVE Online and DUST 514.
Carouse with, high five and most-likely conspire against your fellow players in person as well as members of the combined EVE universe dev team: CCPers Hellmar, Unifex, t0rfifrans, Jian, Praetorian, CmdrWang, Pokethulhu, DarthBeta, Manifest, Tyr and moreGǪ.
Musical accompaniment by IcelandGÇÖs best, DJ Margeir, whoGÇÖs known in the EVE world for his DJ Symphony Orchestra at Fanfest 2009 and the Blue Lagoon parties of 2011 and 2012 and amidst the rest of the world by working with artists like Carl Cox, Daft Punk, Booka Shade and Trentemoller, Kraftwerk and Bj+¦rk. I already registered to get 1 ticket and there was a message with a redirect back to the registration page for more tickets.
Due to the notice in the op of this thread - Tickets are nontransferable - Does that mean if I wanted to bring a guest, they would have to fill out the registration page with their personal info?
Also since this is a 4 1/2 hour meet, from Thursday, June 7, 2012 at 9:00 PM to Friday, June 8, 2012 at 1:30 AM (PT), are there any restrictions? Such as cameras, video and or recording equipment? Dress code or basically informal?
OK, that about covers all the important stuff.

Yes they need to also register.
Bring whatever you want. It's going to be mostly hanging out with devs and players, maybe a short presentation...but we want to basically just hang out and mingle.
Dress code is up to you... but basically whatever you think would be appropriate for a player meetup at a nice Hollywood club? Take a gander at the hotel to see what that might mean for your sense of fashion :)

Yeah, my transportation is out of commission at this time and you live close by which is why I asked. Any chance of letting your friend drive the car and have me pay for the gas? I'll even buy the drinks at the meet up.

just got home..still a bit buzzed...great event..meant some cool people and the ceo! :D
and two people who i'm currently fighting against hahaha, was awesome, everybody was super cool and chill..and i forgot the guy's name who jumped into the pool at the end of the night
was kind of worth it being towed for not seeing the signs saying parking permit required hahaha |

Fish tacos? Did you go to Rubios or did you order from the hotel? We got a club sammich and that mofo was 15$! Made up for it in alchy though. Jack and cokes where just jack and no coke lol.
The hotel itself was pretty legit as well. Did anybody see the girl in the display case?
And the diner was sick as well.
Must of sucked for the other patrons who where just renting a room there to only have a 500 person party outside their window.
Guess this will be my going away party before I leave for the military.
