not sure if this belongs in here but here goes...
should a pvp corp post all losses? even when suicide ganking?
and why should they or should they not post such loses...
even tho they may/have lost the ship to concord. after all it was lost during an act of "pvp"
Discuss.

you ojnly post pvp losses, not the ones to rats, or CONCORD, or gateguns, etc... unless there's a player on it, don't post.
Exception is when the lossmail produces lulz!

KB are one of the biggest fails in EVE... So what if i fly a T1 frig using a warp disruptor and an MWD just to get my name in a KM?I will propably have 99,9% efficiency.
The quality of a corp is checked when you actually fly with them. You can realise then that a corp has a 60-70% effieciency only because they were in a area outnumbered but they still had a possitive efficiency,or you can see a corp with 95% efficiency with 3 year old chars that dont know how to use the ship scanner to find a 1 month char ratting in a belt.
imo,the most important thing isnt the kills a corp makes,but the losses..If i see a corp losing only T1 frigs-ceptors and never T2 cruisers and BSs,then i know i am dealing with KM-carebear *****s

I seek to keep my kb mails to those that I had a direct involvement in and despite having a personal kb I'm not ***** enough to get on any and all kills.
auto import is a pain and some slip through though... but not enough to bother me
losses.... anything with player involvement should go up. I only ever deleted one lossmail of mine and that was to irritate the killer pure and simple :D (and it was a cheap salvage fit punisher fyi) ----

No matter what they actually kill in those frigs and ceptors, they are killmail *****s? Of course, if there were 20 others in battleships, it's different, but if everyone involved on their side was in frigs, they are KM *****s? I'm interested by your ideas, and I wish to subscribe to your newsletter? -------------------------------------------------

The general rule for posting LM's in all corps I have been in is this: if a player was involved in the kill, post it.
If it was NPC only (rats, CONCORD, gate guns) it doesn't get posted.
Unless of course, for the lulz as stated previously.

Post all kills and losses. Unless you're like some corps/alliances and never post any losses. I don't see what the difference is...unless you use your killboard to measure your own Epeen/success. In that case why have a killboard? Might as well just post fake killmails to make yourself look awesome. |

You know not all of us start out with HACs and Battleships to throw away in PvP. And some of us even prefer the smaller ships.
And I seem to never post any mails whatsoever. If I die I either want to refit and get my revenge or log off and take a break, and I totally forget about the killmail by then.
And especially when I kill, all I want to do is kill more. ________________________________________________
