Right, and at the time of the launcher nerf itself a fecking DEV came one here and told us it was NOT an exploit to use modules on already fitted ships after the patch made reloading/refitting them impossible. This as long as there was no reason to suspect systematic and pre-meditated exploiting of the change by prefitting large amounts of ships for sale or use.
I see none of this happening here, the incredible disparity between what any one (or two) GM's can shout here or in any petition and what other GM's or even DEV's have to say about the exact same subject under the exact same circumstances makes petitions regarding exploits/harrasment a ridiculous and random affront to rule enforcement in this game.
Now get your people on one line or stay the hell out of here with comments like this.

BTW who's fault is it that my caracal & kestrels have cruise missiles in them ?
Not mine, I did not change anything.
I will use or sell my assets how and when i feel like it.
What kind of nonsense is this that people can ebay their char's and isk and not market (CCP MADE) stuff in the game itself ?
I have been told 3 times that using the ships ISN'T an exploit.
Now i heard it twice that it IS.
The score is 3-2, the information presented to me is that I can still use em.
If you start banning people for your own faults it's time to pack this game up and go make tetris 2 or something.

How is the situation with the harvesters and the CM kestrels different ?
In both cases CCP decides it wasn't meant to be this way. So why are the harvesters not bannable offenses ?
Like the CM kestrels they weren't supposed to be ingame (in such large quantities).
Please answer me this, i wanna get this clear and u seem like a person who can explain this to me :D

Surely the only reason you'd want these ships is for cheap insta-ganking of indies pre-scanned in Yulai or any other Empire area?
That's 50% of the reason why cruise were taken from cruisers/frigates in the first place and I find it highly unlikely the GM's would appreciate them being used that way.
I could care less about them being used for this, to be truthful, but you're building a rod for your own back if you try it.

That's 50% of the reason why cruise were taken from cruisers/frigates in the first place and I find it highly unlikely the GM's would appreciate them being used that way.

If it has missiles left over in the launchers before the patch, and you then launch them, you cannot then get them back in. The new mechanics will simple not allow you to re-load the missiles, and auto-reload won't put them in either.
If like me you ddin't have a clue about this when you used it and you thought you would rat hunt at the time. Not having any missiles firing without mwd or defense = dead kestrel
