The delinquents alliance would like to offer sparring service for teams practicing for the tournament. Conducted on the test server at a private or secret location. Squad will be made in accordance to the rules laid out on the forums for this tournament. Don't leave your load out's and team make ups untested. Hire in a Test server team and try out your master plan's to see if they work. Convo or mail me in game for more Intel.

As an addendum, any setups that are tested would obviously remain confidential. __

Sounds useful.
Not trying to be a **** or anything, but why should people trust you ? You guys got a good reputation ? Also, how much would you be charging for a spar or two

No offence taken Tyrrax.
I know how hard it is to be taken seriously and how hard it is to earn trust. I used to run lotteries in the events forum using one of my former characters, and building a reputation in EVE is almost impossible. We're PVPers not pirates, not scammers. The main reason for doing this is to gain recognition and advertise our presence in the galaxy.
The only thing we can say is that we are aligned with no-one. We didn't enter the tournament due the alliance being so small and not having the disposable isk to throw at it. To this end we felt it would be an opportunity to make some isk by helping others to test their fits.
As for price Reg was the fella who came up with the idea so give him a shout and see what he's thinking of charging per spar or per hour. __

Fee's I never actually planned on getting paid to do this. We will not disclose killmails or fit's. As ex tournament players we understand the privacy of teams. If the teams Value our time there free to offer us a Donation. I will ask that Sparring sesions are planned well in advance.
Should you wish to remain anom contact me in game.

If you're concerned about trust/discretion you can always hire Noir. for a custom OPFOR contract. We could spar pretty much all day long in terms of activity numbers. ---

Yeah that's pretty rude, posting that here is reason enough for me not to hire NOIR for that purpose ;P

Was just responding to a posted concern. If you trust the OP go with them: they're probably a **** ton cheaper anyway.

Of course I'm not mad, not my thread so why would I be?

Guys chill. It dosn't matter who you choose to spar with as long as we (Delinquent Habits) gain recognition.
According to reg the idea was to be recognised not to make isk, so really we've already done that by making this thread. It would have been better to have had some takers so we could have some feedback but whatever.
We wish everyone who takes part in the tournament the best of luck and may the best alliance win. __

First booking have been taken. Lets see how we do adn how the teams do. if any thing it will give us a better idea who to put isk on in the Tournament. Im hoping that after teh first training sesion we get a write up from the team we spar with.

We are no longer availble to test. For those that missed the chance I can only giggle as your team gets hit by the pvp shakes the minute you get your count down before your match. The first 10 seconds are vital.

Now that Ethereal Dawn are out of this year's tournament, i wanted to thank reg and the Habits boys for helping us practice. We took them up on their offer for a sparring team as we were severely short on participants able to make the practices as often as they'd have liked to.
They were very helpful, quick to get set up and patient with us fiddling on the more intricate parts of our setups whilst they were ready to go. At times they had some troubles getting a group together themselves and communication could have been better, but i don't regret asking for their support and i would like to make it clear that we were very thankful for it.
Good luck with the future lads and thanks again!

Just for my own curiosity, is that comment suppose to mean that pirates are not PVPers, scammers cannot pvp either, and/or that pirates are in the same category as scammers?
Hope you can clear that up.

Whats this "practice" everyone keeps talking about? I don't think anyone on any of our teams had sisi installed much less knew what they were flying more then 30 minutes before the round.
