So long, Queen Kublai
You see... at one point, Kublai was named de facto queen of Crime and Punishment by Samirol. His king was none other than DarkElf himself. This game has changed a lot since those days. I like to think I'm keeping it real by still doing the -10 thang in lowsec but really the game has changed so much since the glory days. For instance, this subforum actually used to be good back when Kublai and DE and M1 and Verone all posted regularly and Mazzilliu misquoted memes to try to look cool (though to be fair, she never needed too much help in that department, even back then.)
With the sale of Kublai thus marks an end of an era for Crime and Punishment and Eve itself. It was Crime and Punishment that I visited before starting my trial account and convinced me to download the game, drawn to the game from a post on /b/ thrashing it to bits.  The game will never be the same without Kubs and that wild sense of humor. Of course we still have Jonny, but the name of Kublai and his posts in that character gave me so much invaluable insight into the game it's really hard to look at Jonny's bitter vet posts as the same. I like to pretend they're different people still, like Kublai tried to convince us all of back in the day.
Hope you got lots of ISK for him, hope the buyer doesn't turn out to be a failboater, and glad you're staying in the game, Jonny. Peace out, Kublai. Nevar forget.

While you're stroking Jonny's already oversized (for no apparent reason) ego a bit too much for my liking you're right about the state of C&P compared to what it was years ago when I started playing.
