I found out the hard way that Interbus agents don't give Storylines. No idea about the ones you are asking for though, sorry!
(thought I would tell you the above in case you tried and found out the hard way too)

I checked that as I am rising the Lai Dai standing for a alt and haven't found any storyline agent for Lai Dai.

Try looking at EVE-Agents It can tell you who has Storylines and who doesn't. and a whole lot of other agent related things.

that tool brought me to my question. could also have asked: is that tool 100% correct?

Two things about Chribba site:
1) I think it is a bit late on the new agent update (probably CCP has not yet done the relevant datadump);
and
2) all the agents in the Veldpar Heaven are not in that mythical system (1.1 sec standing ). They are the "agent in space" scattered around EVE.

To be more accurate, Chribba's agent search is using information from the CCP released data dump, so lay blame for the inaccurate data there. Any agent that comes up with the "Veldspar Heaven" location from his search does so because they do not have location data in the database. This appears to be the case for any agent that is not in a station, such as COSMOS agents and Data Center agents, who are in ships in space.

If you know their name you can try and search for them in People and Places in game (using the character drop down) and see if they give location info under their information tab. Then it's just a matter of going to that system.
Usually agents in space show up on your overview. I've heard rumors about agents you had to probe out, but never actually seen it myself. --- Usagi Tsukino // Miyazaki Zaibatsu
