Unless there is another corp who seeds this blueprint besides Carthum, apparently it wasn't seeded.
Did anyone find it anywhere? Or did ccp forget it?

I petitioned this and was told they knew about the error and would be fixing it (no date or timeframe specified).
So, yeah, CCP forgot it but will hopefully add it soon.

I just got back from some AFG time (work and a ski trip) and was out picking up all my rig BPOs just before DT today.
This hadn't been seeded just before DT today. It's the only rig BPO I didn't get. I'll check again after DT.

after downtime tomorrow, we hope to have it fixed and seeded (pending any last minute alterations in the schedule).
