Since I spend so much time in this forum watching everyone's videos, its probably long overdue that I submit my own video. I'm a big proponent of Open Source so I wanted to make a video using only open source and free tools. This video was made using open source software and recorded using a free alternative to fraps. So, for those of you on a budget (or just cheapskates like me) here is proof that you can make good video.
Also, this video is unique in another way, it contains some ships that you almost never see in videos, namely the vigil.
On a final note, there is one flub in it, and you'll probably notice it but it wasn't worth re-rendering for another 20 hours to fix so I just left it in. Enjoy!

Music selection, ship selection, editing tool selection (props for that) definitely made this movie different and I liked it overall.
The thing is, I dont like vigils :/ - so I mostly enjoyed the first half of the movie... first 2 songs were the best too. Next time make more footage with that navy omen, pilg or bellicose and it will be even better! :)

Thanks dude. I'm planning on making an all Bellicose video at some point just for the lol factor.
I still have that navy omen so I really ought to find a spectacular way to lose it on video.

Pretty good video, fights, music was a nice change from the cliches.
Quality was unbelievably awesome considering you used xfire.
