Edited by: hermie hermit on 30/08/2009 23:24:38 I , and I am sure like many more, are following the wardec on Malum Exuro by Noir. with great interest. It started with first blood to Malum, then it didn't start too well for Noir with the loss of a faction BS. But Noir have really stepped up a gear and appear to be slaughtering Malum.
What is interesting, while Rome burns, some in Malum still find time to kill carebears mining in Hi sec.
They really are big fish in a small pond, and soon as a half decent PvP outfit moves in all their flaws are shown to all.
I really would like to congratulate Noir on their efforts, showing they really are a Merc outfit worth hiring. I also salute the person that hired Noir in the first place. These really are the guys for the job.

Placid Tarp with Endives, Cilantro, and Butter
1 large foil roasting bag 1 fresh whole Tarp (if frozen, defrost thoroughly in fridge before using - ensure there are no ice crystals in the inner cavity) 2 cups steamed endive leaves, shredded 1 cup salted butter, softened 2 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped 1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped 1 tsp. fresh spinach, chopped 1 shallot, finely chopped 2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper 1 tsp. ground turmeric cilantro sprigs to garnish 1 medium shield booster 3 passive barrier compensators 1 400mm reinforced nanofiber plates I 1 medium I-a Polarized Armor Regenerator
Preheat oven to 375 F (175 C). Grease inside of roasting bag and put it on a heatproof cookie sheet. Using a food processor, blend butter, cilantro, parsley, spinach, shallot, black pepper and ground turmeric for about 3 minutes using the pulse button. Do not over do. The butter should be speckled with the herbs. Spoon the butter onto a plate and allow to set. Cut butter into 1/4 inch chunks. Set aside. Wash Tarp with water. Place tarp inside the roasting bag and top with the endive leaves and chunks of butter. Carefully roll up the bag opening in the direction of the top of the bag to keep in the heat, prevent the juices from leaking and to ensure a good blending of flavors. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes, or, if using a barbecue, follow the barbecue's manual directions for foil baking tarp according to weight. Serve hot garnished with cilantro sprigs, accompanied by a salad. Don't forget to pod. Serves 4

lol, no not an alt at all of Noir. Just pleased to see someone giving Malum Exuro a good kicking
This wardec will have given so much pleasure to so many people out there, and with the one way this war is is going, its nice to see Malum quite frankly humiliated.
Love it!

I don't know why but I always found to have a problem with Merc... Except from the KB which is really obvious, you can never know if their kills or even contract is legitimate. Hell, how knows, maybe Noir payed Malum this time to win ? well, nothing can be verified anyway.

Hello folks. New blog post that references the topic in the subject! Here
But, as a TL;DR:
What do you do with over one billion isk? You hire Noir. because you can. And you sicc'em on someone you don't like.
And you watch and listen to the Ceo blather on in local. And in eve-mail. And then you post it because hell..its amusing to folks who have interest in the area.
Oh, and point out that while Session9 (the executor corp) may have only had 3 losses during the whole thing...and its all Mzr seems to care about.. its probably not the best attitude to exhibit while you alliance mates are getting the bejesus shot out of them (Hm..carrier down?) and oh, a personal friend of yours (Another carrier down.. during the same action).
Nice way to care Mzr. I'm sure everyone appreciates it.
Have a read, if you've been interested in the war, it will be amusing to you. If not, you'll probably find it boring. --

Oh, and should I run across another butt-ton of isk again, I wouldn't hesitate to hire Noir. again :) I got my money's worth out of it. The popcorn was very good. --

It would seem that the 1 beeellion isk was well spent. According to Malum Exuro's own killboard some 5.4 billion of damage and 45 losses. A very good return on your investment Mr Cayne.
..and of course the response you got from Mzr/Takezo Kensei , was well, priceless! I read your blog, so much anger
I am sure the directors of Morsus Mihi thought the carrier loss with T2 Cap rigs and shed loads of faction mods was a loss worth taking for the cause of Malum Exuro.
I await with interest for the follow on episode in the loop.

Edited by: Takezo Kensei on 01/09/2009 11:49:18 Props to Noir for quality pvp; after the loses they had the first 2 days, they ONLY played to their strengths. Which was numbers. For some odd reasons (like work, kids, prolly school) a lot of our pvpers were MIA, otherwise things would've been different. It's fun to have a 15-25man fleet of good pvpers. Lots of stuff can be done.
Small gang warfare, as long as your gang is bigger than the enemies eh?
Will be probably kicking meself in the balls for a long time for not waiting 15min in that cap engagement. People told me to wait, they had caps en route to counter-drop properly, I really thought we could take you down with what we had at that moment, mea culpa. If I would've waited those 2x moros, 2x thanny of yours would've been probably lost (along with some casualties on our part). And that ex-DICE friend FCing would not have made a difference.
Prolly 50% of those kb loses we had were stupid loses, I never said we're a full pvp outfit, a lot of people still learn. They've been warned properly what to in wars, if they want to listen or not it's their choice.
As for who hired them.. Zed I don't trust you to take my dog for a ****, why would I believe whatever you write here. Playing angles or not, you and your anonymous talkative fanbois have no reason to gloat. No merit, all you probably did in the past was probably getting killed and poded repeatedly.
`Half decent pvp outfit?` We kinda killed all half-decent pvp outfits that came around (prolly yours included). Noir is as good as you'd want pvpers to get. Organization, numbers, pvp experience. I would certainly like to see how you, yer corp or yer alliance would do against them, since you're so quick to emmit opinions. But we'll never know who your mains are would we?
Gloating about someone else's kills like you achieved something important is just pathetic. What am I supposed to do now? Wardec your sorry ass again Zed and do 160k LP in Dodixie while I'm waiting hours for you to undock a 5mil thorax? Or I could turn that coin on the other side and hire mercs meself, see for ****es and giggles how that would play for you, mr. station hugger. Anyone can hire mercs, few people can get the job done themselves. Learn to fly domis without 7 WCS and we'll talk.
In the end, we're still here, loses have been replaced, a lot of new peeps learned something about pvp.
Again props to Noir for the way they pvp. Good merc outfit.

Let's translate this into real Mzr speak the post is so well put together I think you had someone post it for you. (For full effect, picture a tin-pot dictator in a full dress uniform (with hat!) with a heavy eastern european accent posting the following)

I commanded my forces into action, but the reinforcements did not arrive! You delayed them en route, there was something wrong with the cynos. I was on my period! Why can't I take advice from others who know better? I'm a not going to log in for 24 hours over it.
Nobody listens to me, and they die...they stupid...why does nobody listen to me.
No way could you have pulled this off! Ape! You suck on ice!
How would you and your sorry ass do against Noir.? You must have mains out the keister. You suck on ice.
My butt is hurt and I want revenge! Maybe I'll blow some isk on Marcs. Maybe I'll go back to my wardec and dec your corp because I can't trust the monkeys I have in my alliance to PVP and not die.
My crappy alliance learned they they suck at pvp. You couldn't disband us after one week! We rock! Malum Forever (fap fap fap fap)
There...that looks much more like Mzr posted it now.

Because the slaves pay the bills. EMP industries makes lot of dough for the ones controlling it, and that's not its members (or very few of them).

I lol'd at the weak trolling (especially the previous post). It's amazing thou after your failtastic pvp to still talk like you have something to say. And don't forget to be an forum attention ***** while you're at it, otherwise people would think you're just insignifiant.
With your 2nd child coming, with your work, scientology and all I'm frankly amazed how much time you spend in Eve, diluting yourself with your so called blog and how much you care about what someone else does with their corp/alliance. You know staring all day at your Eve screen, `observing stuff` (because you can't do anything about it) will just get you morbid obesity (are you close to 400 pounds yet?) and you'll get some other big problems, besides short term memory loss and ADD.
Keep trolling, it's the only thing you got left after can-baiting noobs and flying 7-WCS domis.
And with all the forums threads, I'm the one stalking you right? Now go run to yer blog, type stuff, because people will read you. For sure. You just wait.
