Nope, highest bonus applied, all others ignored. If both equal I assume it takes the lower commanders bonus. They are alaso stacking nerfed against items of similar type.

Nerfed to 0 or just reduced?
Please correct me if I am wrong but I was under the impression that if say you are running an energized adaptive membrane on a ship and you rdamnation has the passive defence warfare link the bonuses the warfare link provide are subject to the stacking penalties, just like you would if you fitted an extra eanm, so the more energized/adaptive plates fitted the less bonus the warfare link provides. Personally I'd like to see the stacking penalties not apply, that is if they don't already.
Like I say I may be wrong about this.

I don't think that's because the command bonus is stacking nerfed. It's because the base resists before EANM bonuses are applied are higher thanks to the command bonus.
Are you saying that if I have 1 EANM II which gives 20% to all armor resists, and join a fleet with a booster giving 30% to all armor resists, then my single EANM II now gives me only 0.89 x 20% bonus (stacking nerfed with the command bonus)?
