Well I must say Robey that this is a surprise.
You are one of my most trusted friends in Eve. You were honest with me when I was in Rona for those 13 months, gave me opotunities that not many other corps would have given, and I'm a better player because of you. I can't think of a bigger loss to the Eve community.
Good luck to you and your wife and please keep in touch. If you are ever in Cleveland, give me a call. I'll buy dinner :)

Robey it has been a longtime since BSU and RONA merged and It has been nothing short of the best experience I have ever had in my long online games history. You will be missed.
You have had probobly one of the most profound affects on the game that most people dont even realize just what that affect is from my point of view it was all positive. you were and are a great leader of people and a decent man.
I wont say goodbye in rl because we are friends but from my char to yours goodby m8.
and to Sassinak buddrow budman ****take etc thanks for showing you're character and respect.

I suppose as a member of Reikoku it is expected of me to just smile and say 'hasta la vista', or something of the sort. Those expectees can move along.
Rather, I would like to say goodbye to Robeyone the player and the leader that obviously showed good leadership and poise which resulted in the corporations he governed. I hope you find happiness in your future endavours.
I have seen the word 'fun', 'just a game' etc used aplenty from different sides in many conflicts in this game. The social interactions in Eve are strong and therefore in my opinion bound to create groupings with opinons such as 'we rule, they suck' etc. It's part of human behaviour.
As a good player, and more importantly a decent man/women, you should strive to be aware of this and keep the feelings related to the game only. Many have I seen, using the word fun as if it's a trend expression, only to spew out poison in word and actions. When that happens, it's no longer a game for you, it's personal. And probably time to quit playing.
I believe you made the correct decision.
