So I found some Fullerite C50 and C84 and harvested it . . . now I am trying to decide where to sell it. I know no one gives away their secrets (I certainly do not when I find a good deal) but I am seeking a bit of guidance.
I have read what it CAN be used for . . . but what is it mostly used for in your opinion? Is it a marginal or specialty item? Should I haul it to Jita, sell it in empire hubs, put it on contract or try to move it into low-sec hubs. Dole it out or store it up for a big sale? Craig Skyle SkyleTech R&D

Edited by: Steel Wraith on 03/09/2009 04:00:33 Have you tried researching the price history in different regions via eve-central? Being unfamiliar with an item I want to move, that would be the first step I would take.

Actually I am unfamiliar with EVE Central. I have tended so far to work just two regions where I am familiar with the prices- learning those markets. I will look into that however.

Jita is the only developed gas market and volumes there aren't all that impressive.
The only thing that the Fullerite gasses are used for is in reactions to make components needed for T3 construction.
It's not worth that much (e.g. 1500 c84 = roughly 1.8 million isk), sell it in Jita if it doesn't take you too much effort to get it there. Or put it up at a hub and pray.
The thing is that the stuff that the T3 reactions produce only really has a market in Jita so the people that produce it have to fly there anyway to sell it so that's a pretty convenient place to pick up the mats (with the possible exception of the higher volume gasses).

Thanks Celia, that is the sort of help I was looking for.
T3/Wormhole products I have not read about or learned the markets for yet . . . heck, barely get into T2.
