As people around here know, I'm an industrialist, I love to spend hours poring over my Spread-fu, work out new profit schemes, manipulate markets, and generally aquire more and more isk.
Some might consider this 'carebearing' however, I do not, a carebear in my mind is someone who shies away from PvP and whines when his shiny ship gets blown up.
I am not one of those people. While I generally don't go out of my way to blow people up, I will stand up and be counted when people come to mess with us, and give them a thrashing they'll not soon forget. Peace is good for profit, but War is the Engine on which my profit thrives. ( and there's nothing more satisfying to me after a night of blowing up war targets, than log on in the morning, and see they have replaced their ships lost by buying my lovely ships from the market, thus nullifying any losses I might have had. )
I also love visting this forum and reading the stories of carebears who whine when they get themselves darwinised by the local residents here.
Now here is my problem.. I feel the Yarr is rising in me.. I am more and more getting this urge to invest in a tear harvesting operation of my own, flipping cans of carebears, blowing up innocent ships, and generally having a jolly good time at it. Fear of losses is something that happens to other people really, I've lost enough ships in Eve, mainly prowlers when some people actually managed to catch my blockade runners. I don't mind this, as flying a BR is boring if there's nobody out there to try and catch me, the thrill of ouflying a gatecamp full of people bent on killing my single little ship. ( 100+ successfull breakthroughs of gatecamps here :) )
Ofcourse as i'm in an industrial corp, and an industrial alliance, Yarring is a strickt nono, we're NRDS in low-sec, and even in null sec, our RoE state we don't attack 'innocent' ships unless they're war targets and such. Hence just taking a rifter and heading to empire for a little 'fun and trouble' is against our regulations.
So what is a girl to do? I don't want to upset my alliance, and on top of that, industry isn't easily moved, I have too much vested interestes in the location where I am. ( which is poor on proper yarring targets anyway )
