This is what a weekend without internet can do to you, you start making your dream ship. This seems to me like a Covert HAM Drake with the agility of a cruiser and immunity to bubbles. Ideal for roaming 0.0 uncatchable and punching targets in the face with missiles along the way.
[Tengu, New Setup 1] Ballistic Control System II Ballistic Control System II Ballistic Control System II
10MN Afterburner II Invulnerability Field II Invulnerability Field II Large Shield Extender II Warp Scrambler II Stasis Webifier II
Heavy Assault Missile Launcher II, Fulmination Rage Assault Missile Heavy Assault Missile Launcher II, Fulmination Rage Assault Missile Heavy Assault Missile Launcher II, Fulmination Rage Assault Missile Heavy Assault Missile Launcher II, Fulmination Rage Assault Missile Heavy Assault Missile Launcher II, Fulmination Rage Assault Missile Covert Ops Cloaking Device II
Warhead Calefaction Catalyst II Hydraulic Bay Thrusters I [empty rig slot]
Tengu Defensive - Supplemental Screening Tengu Electronics - CPU Efficiency Gate Tengu Offensive - Covert Reconfiguration Tengu Engineering - Augmented Capacitor Reservoir Tengu Propulsion - Interdiction Nullifier
Am I dreaming or is this any good?

I'm not sure how a T2 fit can be considered a "dream fit".
I don't have EFT here, what are the EHP and DPS numbers?

Edited by: Xarti on 07/09/2009 15:18:54 Just tested the fitting in EFT and you'd lack some powergrid, but got that fixed by strapping on an Ancillary Current Router I. The dps is at 419 and volley damage is 1144. It also has an effective HP of 55795hp
(tested with all skills at level 5)

IIRC, you'll get more DPS using the Accelerated Bay II instead of the Calefaction II.

Looks like you can swap out the CPU Efficiency Gate for a Dissolution Sequencer for better sensor range/strength.
My EFT EHP matches Xarti's, but I'm getting different DPS. Including reloading: 460dps / 1196 volley with Calefaction II. With Bay Loading Accelerator II, 461dps / 1112 volley.

Edited by: Marko Riva on 08/09/2009 17:03:50 Flight time affects range more than flight speed due to time lost on launch, the more flight time you have the less of a factor the loss becomes. And with HAM range is needed.
actual gameplay > EFT

Edited by: Max Tux on 08/09/2009 17:15:10 if he means to be in scram range then range rigs rn't necessary as the HAMs go twice the point range without rigs.....( and there is a scram on there....)
i wud go more like this
[Tengu, New Setup 1] Ballistic Control System II Ballistic Control System II Ballistic Control System II
10MN Afterburner II Invulnerability Field II Magnetic Scattering Amplifier II Large Shield Extender II Warp Scrambler II
Heavy Assault Missile Launcher II, Fulmination Rage Assault Missile Heavy Assault Missile Launcher II, Fulmination Rage Assault Missile Heavy Assault Missile Launcher II, Fulmination Rage Assault Missile Heavy Assault Missile Launcher II, Fulmination Rage Assault Missile Heavy Assault Missile Launcher II, Fulmination Rage Assault Missile Covert Ops Cloaking Device II Medium Unstable Power Fluctuator I
Medium Ancillary Current Router I Medium Core Defence Field Extender I Medium Ancillary Current Router I
Tengu Defensive - Adaptive Shielding Tengu Electronics - CPU Efficiency Gate Tengu Offensive - Covert Reconfiguration Tengu Engineering - Augmented Capacitor Reservoir Tengu Propulsion - Interdiction Nullifier
u got a neut so you can now kill stuff, needs a 3% pg implant, which isn't much.
can switch the mag scattering amp to TD or web, but gives u much better resists against ur hole...
