Is there away to run eve on 2 monitors while using the same account. and if it is will it be out of focus and distorted?
Iv got 2 monitors 1 at 1440 by 900, and one at 1280 by 960. so I need to run it at 2,720 by 900.
If it goes out of focus and pixelated then it doesn't matter.

Depending on your video card drivers: yes.
You need to set your video card driver to have the dual monitors act as a single large monitor instead of the standard dual monitor mode.
There should be no problem with anything being out of focus, however, your ship and hud will be centered so that they are split between the two monitors.

Just click and hold your capacitor display, and then drag it from left to right as you please and click the triangle on the bottom right of the cap display, and click align bottom / top to switch it from the bottom of your display to the top or back again.
Oh, and, if you have one target locked, there should be a little targeting icon to the top right of that. You can drag that one around as well, as well as click it to switch it from horizontal to vertical to move those around as well. _
