Anyone else get this? Maybe 10% of the time I use the first accel gate in Infiltrated Outposts, Angel Extravaganza or Silence the Informant.

Yes... seems to happen quite rarely though... maybe 1 out of 100 times.
I don't think it's limited to accel gates... it seems more like it has a potential to happen at any grid load.

Seems to be a rare bug and there isn't really a way to reproduce it.

What is grid load?

Crashed two times today on different missions, as jump is ending to the mission gate

I have this on one computer only, so it seems to be some local problem, but I haven't tested for what-how-when yet. It doesn't always happen either, and when it happens, it's only on the first accelleration gate of a given complex. I have a hunch it has to do something with either changing ships, or by visiting different complexes.

Please bug report this and include the following, if possible: - logserver file from the crash - minidump file from the crash (create a shortcut to Eve and add "/ minidump" in the Target box - without the quotation marks) - DXDiag file of the system where you experience the crash - information on what graphic settings your client has
There was an older issue related to the acceleration gate effect when activated and certain Intel graphic cards, this might be something similar but we cannot tell until we have more information.

While me and my brother (8 accounts running at the same time) experience this at least twice a day... I cannot tell you that it's happening on the same spots all the time. But angel extravaganza is particularly prone to crashing for some reason. As far as i can recall this happens ONLY when an acceleration gate is in the mix. I.E, this doesn't happen in Gone berserk, Blockade, Stop the thief etc etc. (Open missions)
I haven't made a bug report about it yet due to the complete randomness of the event and having to play for a random amount of time before it even happens. Sometimes it can take all day long before the first crash occurs. And having three accounts myself, two on one machine and one on the other. I really prefer NOT to run the logserver for HOURS on end hoping to catch the crash. But like i said, it happens on all our clients, my two PC's and my brothers five PC's. It happens on our friends clients, both on Windows and Mac. So to me, the evidence here is that it has something to do with gates and is a problem in code.
I personally linked this issue together with the desync fix that was implemented just recently. This is when it started showing it's ugly face. And as we all know, the previous syncing code was pretty complex. And i can only assume it was for some kind of good reason. Now that it has been changed, there's something in that code missing to prevent certain overflows.
Another thing that could be of importance to the whole thing is that (MAYBE) you need to be, at the very least, 2 pilots jumping to and through an acceleration gate at the same time. I have yet to experience the crash when jumping with just one ship.
Finally, i have this nagging feeling in the back of my head that ships have recently started to warp CLOSER to the beacons at the gates. This leads to more ships colliding with the gate getting thrown out/away from the gate. Not only is it very annoying but it could also be a reason behind the crash. At one especially memorable crash this character was actually in the MIDDLE of the gate when the crash occurred. As i have 2 other clients watching what's happening i see Cadde flying at 2 km/s away from the gate in his BATTLESHIP! This only confirmed the fear i had about gates being the problem here, because that is a crash with a spectacular collision happening... with a gate... Even concord would have reacted if they saw me doing that with a gate...
This will require some extensive testing, jumping through angel extravaganza with a few battleships until a crash occurs. I could do it. Maybe i will sometime. But i really wanna play the game and not get bored jumping through a mission fifty times until a crash occurs. If i where a bug hunter i would do it, but now I'm just a player.

I've been a victim of this for quite some time now, at least since Apocrypha, though more likely since one of the subsequent big patches. Somehow I found a workaround as this problem went away sometime this summer, but when I was forced to re-install the client late last month this problem came back.
For me, the first time an acceleration game is needed to load on to the grid, the game crashes. I just quickly log back in and everything's normal, and stays that way at least for the rest of the day. It does not matter whether I start up EvE right from a fresh computer boot, or if I've been using other applications for the better part of the day.

I was having this problem myself. I uninstalled the game and downloaded it again, this takes a while >45minutes, and loaded the game. Has not happened since. This was maybe a month ago. Not saying it will fix your problem but it did mine.
