ok! so here is my predicement!
over the past 2 years my play has been some what fragmented! i have been placed in two fairly remote and very diferant low sec zones! and have a Abso in one low sec region and have a raven in another! getting to them is not a problem! how ever getting them out is.... now i was wondering if any one would be able to sugest some fits too...maximize my chances? the abso is only like 7 or 8 low sec jumps where as the raven is well alot more!
any sensible sugestions welcome!

abso will be very easy to get out. only 7 low sec. jumps, you can probably just set autopilot and get that out. raven needs a scout. also, never heard of the mwd cloak trick?

Microwarp whilst cloak ? from warping in at 100km?

I know that problem quite well.
Unfortunately there is no really "safe" way to get them out. However, if you fit the following then you're as safe as it can get:
Lows - 2 or 3 Warp Core Stabs - Fill the rest up with inertia stabs and/or nanos (faster aligning)
Meds - MWD and AB (to burn back to gates even when scrammed) - Shield Extenders
Highs - Cloak (t2 if possible)
This setup should make you warp quite fast and the two stabs will stop anything except a HIC or a larger camp from scrambling you. The shield extenders will hopefully allow you to survive long enough to burn back to the gate (with MWD if possible and with AB if they disable your MWD). The cloak will help you to hide if you need to.
I'd also recommend you to create a few safe spots in every system you'll be passing through. Just in case.
This is pretty much the "safest" way to get your ships out.
An even safer alternative would be to get a carrier to transport your ships closer to highsec (e.g. one jump instead of 8) but that requires you to have a trustworthy carrier pilot.
You could also try a hauler contract but I doubt anyone will fulfil it anytime soon.
