I just recently became a paid subscriber, and recently I had to use EvE petition system. I just have to say EvE's GMs are AWESOME! This is by far the best support I've encountered. My ticket required some escalation and took a day or two to get a response but I expected that given the nature of my request. The GMs that helped were accurate and timely once the ticket was picked up, and brought a swift and happy resolution. Thank you CCP GM Team! You folks are fantastic!!! Kudos!
Because of the changes in Apocrypha and this experience I'm becoming a year subscriber on both of my accounts (once my power of 2 is up on my second account).

Welcome to EVE.
It's nice to hear from people actually having good experiences with the customer support.
I myself only had good experiences with the GMs, as well.

I myself only had good experiences with the GMs, as well.
same here, the worst response time I ever had was like 3/4 days, and 2 of those days were the weekend.

i m a new sub as well and i agree 100%. I petitioned 2 times already and the gm team responded extremely fast, less than an hour both times...excellent job. . |

I got better service when I was on a trial account, they were quick to respond.
I recently submitted a petition regarding a billing issue, I sent in the petition last Wednesday, and did not hear back from anyone until last night, because an ISD was nice enough to escalate my issue. However, the GM could only do so much since he was not a Billing GM. While his assistance was awesome, I very disappointed in the time in which the billing department takes to answer petitions.

Please rember that EVE has as many accounts as Iceland has people, so give them a break

Agreed with OP. Response times on all my petitions have been excellent, even when the GMs were under heavy load. Maybe it's because I don't petition every shiploss and then emorage on the forums when I don't get my way.

Had a mission problem the other day, logged a ticket and had a response within 2 minutes. Quite snazzy :)

Response times are usually horrible for reimbursement and billing-related petitions (compared to the urgency felt anyway), but quite nice for just about everything else. You know what they say, a kettle watched never boils, but get out of the kitchen and when you come back the kettle's burned because all the water boiled away
