I'd say give it another day, if he still doesn't show up, draw another winner, in respect of those who followed, bumped, and adv'd your lottery from the day it started (which was like 2 maybe 3 months ago).

Suggest you allow at least a week from the draw date before redraw. Much as I'd love for the BPO to be redrawn, it'd only be fair to allow for the possibility that the winner is a weekend Eve warrior, or is perhaps away in RL for a week.

I agree give the guy some time. Say 2 weeks or 1 month from the draw or whatever but come out soon and inform all.
Future lotto's I would make this clear under Lottery Information:
You would think this could never happen for such a nice prize but RLI does happen. Especially for lotto's with no end date.

It'd be a shame to see this go to a completely inactive character as well. A few days for RL but 3 days should generally be the rule of thumb. If he entered, bought tickets, it's up to him to keep up to date on it's progression.

Yeah for the next lotto, I'll add it in the rules, that once draw is done there will only be a week to claim it, before a re-draw.
As right now I'm in an awkward situation, trying to figure out how much time is acceptable to wait.
Just annoying right now as I don't want to start the new lottery I have, until this prize is claimed.

I'd say a month would be an acceptable period to wait for the current winner to accept the prize. I can wait until February for the redraw to accept the contract  .

I say a week at the MOST because like all things in eve related to the market, you have to be aware of the opportunities and jump on them. If you miss them its your fault.

Since you clearly haven't checked, the service has been suspended since the holidays.
I do have Assessments to get done, but as stated in the OP of that thread, I am a very busy person, so delays are likely. I'll just refund you the full amount since you don't want to wait.
