After having taken a fairly long break from Eve due to real life issues I have just recently come back within the last two weeks and I have noticed, or should say have not noticed, the presence of Shadarle on the forums.
Is he still around? Did he get burned by DBANK and EBANK along with everyone else? I saw a thread about the 'MD Elite' and I recall him being a member of that group in 2008.

IIRC he was one of several that swore off this forum and announced their intent to relocate to another (Scrapheap-Challenge I think?) After CCP moved MD near the top there were those that felt the level of discussion had dropped too far due to increased visibility drawing in the more random player &/or troll.

Thanks for the replies, I owe him about 2.5 Billion isk and I wanted to see if he was still around to collect on it. I would hate to go through the trouble of liquidating my assets only to find out that the people I owed isk too have given up and moved on.

To my understanding not only does the rule violation only occur when you are impersonating someone else, but when it is believable and someone could be easily confused. Such as 'Chribbba' instead of 'Chribba' or the infamous switching of L and I or O and zero. Impersonating as such will result in punishment, but I don't think blatant false impersonation such as this counts. Otherwise all of the scammers in Jita pretending to be rich or poor and naming other players in order to gain trust would probably be punished as well.

I am glad to see the moderators actually doing their job in this thread. I and am sure other people had reported Brock Nelson's post where he claimed to be Shadarle, asking that money previously owed to Shadrale be paid to him.
I like snitching.

I'm impressed that everyone's spelled his name correctly so far.
