I find it a bit hard to find out what bonuses I have from training. Is there something like WoW and other games where you see how many % you have on different weapons and stuff when you look at your character info?

Yes but not in the way you would expect.
If you go to the fitting screen it is the bonus adjusted figures you see. If they are not fitted its the base figure. They are not on your character though.
It would be nice if it were shown more clearly but the UI sucks. One tool that is also useful is the compare button which is hidden away in info/variants or whatever that tab is. That's crucial for looking at the various item types too (named, tech 2 etc) Again, the figures will be different if fitted or not fitted.
There is also an out of game mod called Eve Fitting Tool which is very popular (you can Google it)
There is no ingame summary page though which would be nice.

At least it's a way to see what I get for all the training hours. Thanks.

As Zartanic suggested, EFT is worth a look.
This will allow you to import your character stats, and then swap between no skills and your skills. The differences can be quite shocking sometimes!

Know what the skills themselves do, and you will be able to figure it out by yourself - if you have Engineering V, and you enter a ship with base 1000 powergrid, you know that it will end up with 1250 powergrid when you board it as you give it a +25% power grid bonus from Eng V.

EFT.
There are two benefits from a skill: the equipment it enables you to use and the enhancement from the skill. The skill browser of the program EVEMon shows you both of these. Something that is not initially obvious is that the benefit from the skill may be not be listed on the skill itself. For example, the ship may say +5 something for each level of Amarr Cruiser, which you could not immediately tell from looking at the "Amarr Cruiser" skill itself.

I was just about to ask the same question, but Oscar beat me to it.
For example, I am finding it hard to discover what the range is of my missiles is now after all the skills that I have learnt.

There are only a few skills which improve missile range; Missile Projection and Missile Bombardment increase velocity and flight time respectively and ship bonuses are the only other skill that I can think of that affect range.
There are a couple ways of checking missile range though:
Ingame - show info on a missile that's loaded into a launcher, multiply the Velocity and Flight time for maximum theoretical range, then take 10% off for actual effective range.
EFT will also show you the modified stats of missiles.

EveHQ does the job of EveMon and EFT, plus a load of others - I'm too lazy to link it today, but it's available on the Battleclinic site. ______________________ Isn't it time you learned to fight back? Agony Unleashed Home of the PvP University.

I would maybe also suggest EveMon. :) With this, you can view a 'skills browser' tab, once you've set up a skill plan (and click to manage it). This allows you to see very very clearly precisely what each level of a skill 'unlocks', so to speak.
It will show you what -other- new skills are unlocked if any, and also shows a list of weapons and modules that become available as you train a skill higher. If you click a skill, it will show a tree diagram of any prerequisite skills you need first before you can train it (and even show the time you will need to train all those skils - once you've associated your API with the program, like with EFT) Of course some skills don't have anything unlocked as you get them higher, but there you go. And yes it will list the skill description from the game too with regard to the bonus per level as normal.
