Has anybody else noticed that rogue drones don't have bounties attached? I'd figure that the empires would pay pilots to get rid of them just like they do currently with pirates.
Maybe at reduced prices because you kill so many during missions. But still a ton for the large ones.
/discuss?
PS: And I only checked back 4 or so pages in this forum. I didn't see any related threads.

Rogue drones have been like that as long as I can remember - the payout is in the alloys they all drop.

Wish they'd drop more tbh as any Lvl 4 mission against drones is almost certainly going to provide less ISK than a pirate one with the same time sink. Armor plates are worth as much as the bars are, and far more prolific in some pirate missions and that leaves out the bounties.

Rouge drone missions is VERY worth it as long as you really clean out the wrecks and have the skills to refine it properly.
A few lvl 4 drone missions give you a new BS (well trit and pyr might need an injection. And they are a lot less time consuming than rats.

Rogue drones are extremely profitable the way they are, provided that you hoard up the high end alloys. The belt drones out in 0.0 provide far more alloys/compounds than mission drones do, respectively. You can rat up enough for a capital ship in less than a week of dedicated plush ratting. Bounties would make drones far too profitable in comparison to pirate npc's.
I would just like to see drones provide a sec status increase for killing them.

Drone used to be very profitable for the high-end minerals they dropped. However, they are not nearly so profitable now that grav site wormhole mining has nuked the value of high-end minerals (last time I looked at the market, megacyte was going for $80 unit).
