The scene: A star fraction large POS coming out of reinforced and a mixed fleet of 130 Amarr (Amarr victor!) with proximately 70 bs ready to kick ass and chew bubblegum.
Initial warp in to incap guns meets no resistance and no losses. This goes on with all guns incapped just as a 40 man support fleet warps in at edge of grid range and then proceeds to suicide itself in dribs and drabs on our bs and suicide fleet. Few to none losses with numerous low key kills ensues.
POS at this point is in middle structure, and just as the POS is about to die Star Fraction warp in in force with assorted purchased friends. The battle is long and heavy with The Stand, Cry Havoc and many other corps and entities (including some helpful caldari) warping in until local reaches 500.
In the ensuing melee it is to early to talk about numbers however at my death the Amarr held the field after Cry Havoc turned on them and were dispatched and several carriers were down, at least two from the same person.
Lag became pretty bad mid fight but cleared up mostly, i'm sure both sides suffered.
Regardless of numbers i can say this was manageable and fun the whole way through (or at least until I died). Kudos CCP and GF to all involved.
Star Fraction your timing confounds me but your heart is admirable - some came to the fight in several ships including capitals.
GF and wd to all

i only suffered module lag tbh although i have just got a new pc. I dread to think how the old one would do. The best thing for me was shifting loyalties through the fight, you never knoew who was on whos side :D Inappropriate signature removed. Zymurgist |

On a positive note: Minmatar militia had a very large fleet IN SYSTEM they could have used to help you - and didn't. I wonder why that is?
I think you need to learn a few things.
One: stations do not reduce lag.
Two: the presence of certain people on a grid does not make the server compute faster.
Three: There is a difference between graphical lag and server lag. I had a good 20 to 30 fps throughout, I just could not actually fire my guns.
Four: I doubt I am your brother, but then I can never be sure just what my father did when he was younger.
U mad?
and how many timed did you die in that fight? Inappropriate signature removed. Zymurgist |

we achieved what we wanted and got some extra kills. You achieved what you wanted and got some more kills.
The only thing established above and beyond that is the mini militia couldn't give a **** about jade and really thats not news, who does? Inappropriate signature removed. Zymurgist |
