So let¦s say we can go 15km/s, cap stable, that is 54000 km/h. To cover one AU (150M km for the ease of typing) would need you to run for 2777 hours, that is around 115 days or almost 4 months. However a 1 AU safespot is not that spectacular.
My point is: Could you guys just think a tiny bit before posting such crap?
I think you missed the point of my post. Read it again.

1) Log in. Warp to celestial object. Log off. Wait 1 minute.
2) Log in again. Before you get to see space, log off again.
3) Goto 2. Repeat as required.
Sometimes you might have to log in/out 30 times but that's how you do it.

Unless you are just pulling our leg... Shouldn't there be a step 4
"Right after you login the last time you quickly hit the 'Save BM' button and once you land you can then warp to the location you book marked to see how far out you went."

Just the other day, some of us in my corp found a method to create "deep" safe spots using current game mechanics. We were able to create safe spots 75 AU from the near celestial object. We might have been able to go deeper, but we figured 75 AU was good enough for our purposes.
However, I got a bit skittish about the whole thing, and wanted to make sure I wouldn't get banned. So I filed a petition asking if our method would be considered an exploit. (It did seem like we were taking advantage of unintended consequences. Until we found this method, the "bug" was really quite annoying.) You might think "Silly you!" for asking, but better denied than banned.
And sure enough, we were told not to use the mechanic until the GMs had finished investigating our method. Ultimately, it sounds like we found an exploit, so unfortunately, I can't share our method. (I really wish I could; we're quite proud of it. Maybe once the bug has been fixed the GMs will let us share? ) -- Forum Illiterate

It's easier to ask forgiveness than permission. Fail. |

Use a carrier, abandon a fighter. It will warp randomly between 1 and 100(or 250?) Au's. Scan down the fighter.

hmmm... I have one 340 AU bookmark, takes me 3 cap cycles to reach it. So I dont travel to it that much. But still fun.

You must have fast fingers and a capital ship. Create a bookmark when cyno-jumping out of the system. The window for that is only 0.02 seconds, so if you fail try again a couple of times. If you are lucky, your bookmark will be within the system and far away from everything else, sometimes up to 300 AU. This may or may not be true.

I think I know your method, and it's no more a exploit than the "abandon a fighter" one is.
