Just don't switch on the invuls when you don't need them. It gets 888dps tanked with my skills and will only just hold out in class 3 sleeper sites. Take a selection of missiles: T1 - for range and hitting smaller ships Fury - for bigger targets FOF - Any gankers WILL have a blackbird with them Ravens i find a bit meh for WH's unless used in RR gangs in which case they become amazing. They lack the tank of a drake so are forced to either snipe or warp out, or both. When they do warp out they tend to be out for a long time waiting for the cap to regen. The fit can be altered to include tackle, neut or whatever other pvp goodies for some members. Look at the price of medium T2 salvage rigs and you'll find that 'cane to be mighty pricy, T2 rigs will get you a higher quality of salvage, not just quicker access.
