Hello,
I'm flying "pvp solo" fitted rifter. My friend joined the game as gallente. Can you say what ship should he use as fast as possible to help me in pvp? I thought him to learn some skills for kestrel, to support me from distance with x4 missiles. He want's to ride a Thorax and use some drones. So can you say what ship should he use to help me in pvp as fast as possible and be helpful for my pvp solo fitted tackler rifter?

If he wants to go Gallente, let 'im!
If you want a frigate, Incursus and Tristan are capable.

Thorax will give you more DPS, don't have your friend train the Tristan. He will have to train missile skills to make it not worthless and if you want to be effective quicker it's a waste of time to train missiles as a gallente.

What he wants is an Incursus. It is a mean little frigate, spits out quite a bit of dps. It is only weakness is paper-tank. From there he can progress up to Thorax. Both are primarily turret ships. So you can be the primary tackler in your Rifter and he can be the damage dealer.

By the time your friend is in a Thorax, of course, you should be flying a Stabber or Rupture. But Rifter/Incursus is a fine duo to start out with.

As a newb don't let him fly the Rax. He'll just burn money that way. Instead point him to the Incursus. Great ship, even with T1/named stuff.  If you want to hunt other frigates, let him fit a 200mm plate buffer tank w/ DCU, full tackle and blasters. For bigger ships a repper w/ cap booster while you web your prey. When in doubt, take the 200mm plate fit.
