Hello,
I'm hoping this is an easy one, but with the free plex card with a re-sub promo, where exactly is my plex card? I tried searching all my assets in game and found nothing. I tried browsing about in accounts management. I even checked out the link about plex's within the promo e-mail. Thanks for the advice.

Press "Claim Items" on the Escape screen while in-game and docked.

Shouldn't expire for another month, I did put $15 down up front. I was planning to use the plex to get another 'free' month.
Also I will try the escape menu button, I may have tried that, I think it asked for a code, but that could have been another button, unfortunately not my machine. Thanks again.

You should find the PLEX with the "Redeem items" button in the game options, or in the button with the present box on it that shows up in the character selection if you have redeemable items. However, keep in mind that it will take about one hour for the PLEX to appear there after you have reactivated the account through the promo.
If it is still not showing up, then a petition into the "Billing & Account" category is the way to go in order to have this investigates and sorted by our Customer Support Team.

Thanks, but when I click the redeem button it says I have no items to redeem, no present icon either on login screen. I will submit a petition, thanks.

Getting desperate?
I'll give you a hint: Stop acting like SOE. Quit working AGAINST the customer and start doing what we want. Quit lusting after players you DONT have (console kiddies) and start taking care of the players you HAVE.
Do that and I will reverse my cancellations without need of bribes.
In other words, rework this damn expansion into something good, and put off the release date until 1/10 if necessary. Getting it RIGHT is more important than ON TIME.

As a refuge of the NGE of the fabled game, SWG, let me say behalf of everyone that was actully a part of it. please shut the hell up.
you obviously have no idea what the NGE was, and your just some teenager that's using it to troll.
well good job it's worked, you trolled me, now please get out, you'll have no support for your views here.
edit: you might support for the idea of delaying the expansion, or that some changes aren't the best. But don't take those as people thinking this is naywhere near a NGE.
