I'm flying lvl 4's for the Amarrian Ministry of War (MOW) and can't seem to find any items in the store that I can reliably convert into more that 1,000 isk per point. Does anyone have a suggest or can anyone suggest a better Amarr Corp to fly for. I have pretty good Caldari standing (about 6.5 modified for both Amarr and Caldari), perhaps I should fly for Caldari agents?

No one would honestly give you an answer to that. If they did then everyone would start selling them and crash the market.

Except someone who doesn't care :P
Check the obvious like faction ammo, the not so obvious like implants (not sure what specifically is offered for MOW, but many 5% implants sell over 100m, especially anything to do with guns, salvage, ME research, speed, or tanking), and don't neglect faction BPCs (A surprising number of missioners shy away from anything that requires use of the science and industry tab).
I know that wasn't a direct answer, but the truth is what's worth over 1k/lp today may not be tomorrow.

I remember when I made my spreadsheets on this quite some weeks ago, large armor repairers were one of the best things to sell (something between 1300 and 1500 isk/lp). But that spreadsheet is kind of out-of-date now, and I don't really feel like updating it since I don't fly any Amarr missions.
Also, it shouldn't be too hard for you to figure it out yourself.

I clear over 3k per LP, select my markets carefully, and am not in a hurry to sell.

Sometimes the best markets can be the mid range implants tbh.

The 5 run heavy neut BPC often clears well over 1000LP, but again you need to find a buyer, often in the blueprints channel.
Other than that, the suggestions above are options for you to explore.

I make over 2k/lp on lp I never earned.
I'll let you puzzle that one out. ;)

(i) Amarr medium cap injector (BPC) (~ 7000 isk/LP)
(ii) Amarr small cap injector (BPC) (~ 4500 isk/LP)
(iii) Amarr medium armor repper (~2000 isk/LP)
(x) And ofc Ammo, smartbombs and EANM
You'r welcome. I will not mention ofc, that I khm, skipped some items that my spreadsheet was suggesting and in what I do deal myself.
