Hopefully, I will get a answer.
Ok, I don't remember how corp standing gains work.
If I team up with a second (or however many) players and we do missions for different corps in different areas will we both gain standing?
For example I run a level 3 for corp A and someone else is running a level 3 for corp B. I don't have access to corp B level 3's and he/she does not have access to corp A level 3's. If we fleet up and each do separate missions will I gain standing with B and he/she with A?
Next question, lets say I have a second account, and on that account I could afford to fit and fly a salvage boat. Would it be more profit to just do mission after mission, or come back and salvage after the turn in? I don't want to have my salvage boat sitting out in space waiting, or my mission boat waiting in space. So I would rather just dock one, turn in and then undock the other.
I would have to BM the wreck(s) so the other account could find them after the turn in.
If the above does not work, what would be the fastest way to increase my standing with the other corp. I haven't really played for almost two years, and I have forgotten how a lot of these things work.

If you are in fleet with other pilots when you hand in your missions you will be asked if you want to share the rewards or keep them for yourself. Sharing will share ISK/LP/Standing evenly between all fleet members. So yes two character running mission for separate corps will both boost each others standings (please note Faction standings can't be shared)
If you're looking for more ISK/Hour then running two accounts and having one character salvage behind you as you go would be better than going back to the sites. If you're not really worried about maxing that out though there is no harm in bookmarking the wrecks and just warping back in another ship after (you'll still be making good ISK from the meta 4 items / salvage) You could also train for a Marauder and salvage the missions as you go, it's a long training time but well worth it (though check what ship is best for the area/agents you're using. Golem while looking awesome on paper is far out classed by the Vargur in most missions now)
Fastest way to increase standings with a corp is to run story missions for them as well as normal ones. http://eve-agents.com/ use this website to find a story agent (they're all listed as level 1, as they change to become the level of missions you're running) for the corporation you want standings with and then run missions close by. If you're lucky you can sometimes find normal mission agents in stations with a story agent meaning every 16 missions you should get an offer from the story agent in that station (as it's the closest one)
Hope that helps. "Don't count on others for help. In the end each of us is in this alone. The survivors are those who know how to look out for themselves." |
