Sounds more like it's an alt farming isk for a main that spends the isk on pvp. I don't bother to chat to people on my alt/manservant either.

Theres no 11% corp tax on mining, refining and selling/contracting minerals - not aside from the regular market "taxes"

Seriously, move on. It's not that hard to play with people that want to be found and be be contacted. Everybody's different.
This, pretty much.
OP if you think he's breaking the EULA in some way, then by all means petition him. Otherwise his sub money is as good as anyone else's.

I would be happy thinking he is paying now a 11% tax, but d'oh! no taxes for miners. And im not spending a million isk to laugh at his antisocial behaviour (well, maybe)
Well his bio states "Dont bother to convo me, i dont speak english." Which is somewhat different from "don't talk to me" (at least IMO).
Also, your bio is almost as awesome: "Hello"
As to your original question "What do you think of antisocial players...?" Well I have to admit that I find it very strange that people feel the need to act this way. I don't really understand why you would act this way.
In case of confusion I'm quoting the definition of antisocial from http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/antisocial: 1 : averse to the society of others : unsociable 2 : hostile or harmful to organized society; especially : being or marked by behavior deviating sharply from the social norm
So tell me, why are you averse to his society of a one-man-corp??

I strongly suspect without due cause for your constant attention, this could be seen as harassment, I could be wrong.
It is. However one can think out some reasons for that harassment altho GM's can still ask you to stop if they do not think the reason is good enough.
Besides - if he is mining 23/7 as you claim he can afford more hulks than your sec status will tolerate. You would need friends to harass him properly. You can do nothing however if he decides to switch into another character on the same account as you will not know who it is (I know some 'non-social' guys have bought quite well trained characters into their spare char slots to be able to play while some roleplaying 12 y old is camping the station in where their other char logged off).

In short Dani SP - you know nothing about that person yet you've made grand assumptions labelling the person because he/she hasn't acted how you wanted them to.
Sorry but that shows more about the deficiencies in your "sociable" personality than theirs. Congrats on your post. |

The goal isn't sad, it's pathetic and anti-social. But hey, that's what a large portion of Eve players play for, so he's not alone in being pathetic and anti-social. That could be the sad part, if you wish to call something sad, that this is how so many derive their jollies.

So what?
Mind you, I don't neccesarily agree with the OP but I WILL "defend" his right to do what he does.

1mill CSPA isn't much. It's just enough to make sure idiots don't bother you. Anyone willing to pay will have something interesting to say, presumably.
And anyone you want to listen to would be in your adressbook so they skip the charge. I don't see the problem here. |

The reason they want you do you official fleet fits in their fleet ops is because people are morons and it's the only way to minimize fail. If you're an FC and you tell ppl to bring SR BS you need to know that they actually brought ships that can do what you think they can do. If you bring Ravens to an RR BS gang you fail becuase you increase the numbers while contributing nothing, adding a false sense of confidence.
Those fits typically aren't 100% rigid and you can make them suit your skills

Originally by: Marko Riva In EVE you don't need valid excuse/reason to do anything, "because I feel like it" is a perfectly ok explanation. If the OP wants to waste/put in thime and effort into this then it's obviously worth it (to him) and as long as he attaches some form of reward to it (ransom) then it's all ok.
The "miner doesn't want to be disturbed" thing doesn't fly, if he doesn't want it, tough luck on him. Welcome to EVE.
So hang on. Its fine to want to talk to people or annoy then because "you feel like it" and "you don't need valid excuse/reason to do anything" except be left alone?
So the guy annoying him and being a prat is fine because he fits in with your idea of whats ok, yet the miner isn't because you have double standards?
Way to argue with yourself dude

I'm antisocial, I've been in corps and atm I'm quite happy pottering around doing my own thing, I'm in my own corp with various alts, that way I don't get the annoying npc corp chat, plus I can remote rep, web freighters around etc. Most of the time I don't even have local open, if I wanna mission for the night or mine for hours on end, then surely that's up to me as I pay the subscription, want it to be any other way then evemail me your credit card details, pay for my game time and I'll let you have something to say about the way I play :)
Never forget the G in MMORPG, it's a game. Don't try and understand other people and the way they play, hell I've got enough trouble understanding myself

This.
Especially considering that a large portion of the EVE community can probably be classified as antisocial at first glance.
I love hanging out with people, having a good laugh, enjoying a good conversation during dinner. But sometimes I don't bathe for a couple of months, brush my teeth, shave or wear clothes and noone wants to hang out with me.
