Thing is, looking at the entire history of Joe as chronicled, it seems almost impossible. If he is a troll, he is a truly epic one. I will confirm though, that troll or not, he's really that bad.

Both, the IEEE's investigation is fueled by Joe Phoenix's idiocies. I'll be going to war with the Commonwealth in a one man corporation in the days to come (Probably after christmas, I'm not that cruel) just to get some PVP experience. The IEEE serve an important role in uncovering incompitence so that others can take advantage of that, and I for one would be happy to have that continue indefinatly. This is an MMORPG, the idea is to get ahead, Im happy sitting back and letting the IEEE do all the work for me and reaping the rewards at the end.

Morning Lady I find the IEEE's investigation to be rather good intel, Joe Phoenix isnt my only target though, chances are I wont be seeing much of him, Ive heaard he tends to play docking games, and im not interested in dancing on stations, Ill go for the other members and see if I cant draw him out, if the impending HYDRA war decs dont keep me sat still that is.

Lately he have learned about Neuts helping out even if we dont pay them, he have also learned that Aggroing a BC outside 4-4 is a bad idea... So i thought he was a troll multiply times before during the first couple of months when i was not a member of IEEE, then i figured out he is really that dumb...and then i joined out of pure destructive pleasure. Zedrik is currently stuck with his newly spawned reproduction, so further logs will be delayed until he have trained "Baby handling" to lvl 5, and mastered "Sleep" So until then, we investigators of IEEE will gladly give bits and pieces of our adventures to whomever asking for it in game. ____________________ I wish my Thorax could use missiles...

I cant imagine anyone will see much of Joe Phoenix over the holiday season if hes half the person he claims to be with his charitable missionary work or whatever it is he claims to do.
