Sadly this is true: over the past years we saw all the gallente ships turned to s*it. How sad.

Seriously, this is not true. The drone ships are strong as ever, or at least very competitive. Alas, blasters are in serious need of a buff and are thus mainly used if a loss doesn't hurt, as in the case of tier 1 battlecruisers.
How about "T2 Gallente blaster ships can use an mwd even when scrammed"? That would be sweet. And is, sadly, highly unlikely. :(

lol droneboats are nowhere near as good as they used to be. 125mbit eos and myrmidons... nos in all highs to feed huge active tanks. Droneboats are still competitive though.
Using MWD while scrammed would serve no use to gallente, as you cannot track when using MWD. Blasterboats just need more falloff/tracking.

Are you serious?? You can put your drones on the enemy's drones while fighting a gallente ship: this will kill his dps, not only if drones die, but even becouse the pilot will be busy scooping and redeploying them over and over again, while your dps will be always safe (caldari and minmatar use no cap). About blasters: mwd is almost always off nowadays, then optimal and tracking are simply not enough.

I had not really intended to start this discussion, most importantly because this is not the time or place. Yes, drone boats may not be ridiculously overpowered anymore as they may have been before my time, and they may have drawbacks. But so does every kind of weapon system in this game, and imho drone boats are not worse off than most others.
And as for the mwd stuff - at least for me, lower sized ships in a stable orbit around my ship are the most dangerous threat. And how do you break stable orbits?... right. The ability to use a mwd at all enables you to some measure of range control, and if your weapons have a very narrow area where they work, it is imperative that you have some way to make sure your target is in this narrow area.
Still, my suggestion was not really intended as such, mostly because there is no precedent for anything like it.
