Please look at the following points and suggestions.
Motherships (supercarriers)
1) Give them the ability to use fighter bombers on control towers, right now they cant do anything if you are pos bashing. Or give them a considerable sentry drone bonus so that they can at least do dread DPS to a control tower.
2) Reduce the module activation time on remote ECM bursts, make it so that they can fire the ECM burst every 5 min.
Titans (Have done extensive testing on all of them)
1) Boost DPS on 3 of them Rag, Avatar, Erebus. We have done the following tests to make sure the stats were fair to all titans used. a)Pilot was max skilled b)Damage mods used were the best on the market, 4 per ship. c)Pilot had the best affecting implants you can buy. d)Doomsday devices were not used in the comparison
And here are the results: Rag~9k DPS Avatar-10.5k DPS Erebus-11.8k DPS Levi-18.7k DPS
As you can see there is a big difference between the Levi and the rest, and besides a ship like a titan needs to do much more DPS your original concept of 225% per level for the damage was much closer than the current pathetic state.
2)On the Levi, you need to remove the 7th launcher. It needs 2 slots to make a titan fit complete jump bridge, Doomsday device.
3)Low sec Doomsdays need to be allowed, they can be tackled and killed in low sec why cant they defend them selves there as well?
4)And last but not least give titans the ability to hit small targets, with the current state of things a titan is defenseless against anything BS size and smaller, unless the pilot of the ship is not moving with his MWD on otherwise you just miss.
And last but NOT least, will CCP Nozh be changing everything in the last week before the patch is released again? Cause if he is this entire post/thread is completely and utterly useless.

5 questions:
1. Will you be fixing the model sizes? This has been a problem for a loong time. Even if you have to stretch the textures please size them up. 2. Will there be any changes made to the remote ECM Burst for the Mothership. As stated above I agree with the jamming ability vs the lock breaking. Also maybe make it grid wide? A Titans DD does vast amounts of damage why can this also not be used to do vast damage. 3. Will the skill requirements for Fighter bombers still be Fighters V? 4. Why is a name change needed? 5. Will there be a chance that Super Carriers can also be concidered a fleet ship? By this would they also be getting a fleet bonus like the Titans?

Shield tanking supercaps, especially the Ragnarok and Hel have a couple of general issues that could use tweaks to keep them in balance with other supercaps in terms of EHP.
1. Shield HP fleet bonuses are not applied immediately like armour HP bonuses, but instead must regen/recharge. This means that any vessel based around a huge passive buffer shield tank is at a disadvantage after changing system or altering fleet structure. Leviathans can miss out on all of their 37.5% shield bonus in some situations. Any shield buffer-tanking supercapital has a disadvantage vs their armour tanking counterparts thanks to this issue.
2. The Ragnarok comes out significantly behind the Leviathan in terms of EHP with similar fits. The same is true for the Hel and Wyvern.
3. The cost of high meta level shield tanking modules. While a Levi/Wyvern can have comparable EHP to an armour tanking supercap with same meta level gear, the market cost for that high level gear is far far far higher. This is due to a combination of factors - including PVE'ers sucking up the shield gear market, differing drop rates and complex loot for shield vs armour mods. This is a larger balance issue outside the scope of supercaps, but it is something that should be taken into account when designing them.
4. Some people are whining about there not being enough room to fit 300-CPU Capital Shield Boosters on supercaps along with their other typical mods. They also don't like it that local reps take FIVE YEARS to repair the tanking layer. However this is all ok because who thinks thats supercaps need a local rep must have severe learning difficulties and probably shouldn't fly one. Could you please explain to the mouthbreathers why Supercaps should have a support fleet for damage repair and not be fit like Joe McPubbie's ratting Raven.

The changes look really good so far.
As for the Hel bonus, maybe something that reduces the sig radius and increases the velocity of its drones? That'd improve their survivability especially against bombs without giving them that ehp bonus that you're worried about.

Dread changes look great, I love the triage changes.
Any chance we could either get the faction XL crystal drop rate upped or have them in LP stores or something (I assume they aren't there currently). There are very few of them on market and often none of some types.
As for the Hel bonus, how about some sort of smartbomb bonus. Being able to defend against other supercarriers seems like a unique and fun way to go.

The only alternative i can think off is a capital shield boost bonus (in-line with existing minmater ship bonuses that focus on active shield tanking).
With regard to the changes to Supercarriers - which is my primary interest - very happy with these. HP boost is absolutly essential. Fighter bombers is a very cool addition. Please can we maintain a good number of bombers (20) so that the supercaps become actually worth their expensive price tag.
After a very frustrating period where i have lost a lot of faith it is good to see some positive changes - my faith restored somewhat for now.

If the hel retains the rep amount bonus I'd like to see its range doubled, so that it can rep its fighters/bombers at great distances (boosting the rep bonus wouldn't hurt either). It also would be nice if it had a bonus to scan resolution or if the scan resolution could just be bumped up so that it doesn't take 20 secs to target your own fighters... though personally I think that you have a direct link to your fighters so target time should be less then 1 sec for all carriers.
Otherwise changing the bonus to something more offensive in nature would be nice. Seems like fighter bomber and fighter speed and agility would be nice along with the proper adjustment to fighter tracking. Something like a 25-50% per lvl speed bonus would actually be useful. Perhaps applying that to fighters would be too much.
Reducing the time to target for fighters and FB would mean that while direct damage wasn't increased your position on the battle field would be less important to ensure you can get damage on target quickly, which seems in line with minmatar ways of thinking.
considering the balance issue we would need to think about about the unmodified targeting range of the nyx which is 157km (the hel is 138km btw, which I don't understand that great disparity). And consider the speed of fighter bombers and fighters. For now I will just do fighters since I don't have the # handy for fighter bombers.
Max velocity for a templar is 2,125 m/s, which means for a templar to cross 157km would take 73 secs. At lvl 5 a nyx (assuming the fighers are already on the target) would do 36,500 more damage in the 73 secs that it would take fighters to cross the 157km distance. If the hel's templar could cross the 157 km distance in 1/2 or 1/3 of that time, I think you might find a fair balance. At 1/2 the cossing time, it would take the hel's fighters about 36.5 secs to get on the target , in the 36.5 secs that the nyx's fighters are moving across the field the hel would have done 73,000 damage, at t+1 we've would have 75,000 to 2500 from the nyx it will take an additional 150 secs for the nyx's fighters to catch the hel's. Operating at 75 kms it will take the nyx's fighters 35 secs to reach the target , the hel's fighters will reach the target in 17.5, it will take the nyx's fighters 70secs to catch up with damage once they reach the target. Operating at 30 kms it will take the nyx's fighters 14 secs to reach the target, 7 secs for the hel. It will take the nyx's fighters 28 secs to catch up.
Now,obviously the advantage of the hel's fighter speed would be reduced dependent on distance from the target, that is, if you are already on the target at 0 the hel would have no advantage except that fighters and fighter bombers would be difficult to outrun for most ships. Being able to use a super carrier at long range against a dread fleet could come in handy, but if it takes 5 mins for your fighter bombers to traverse the 150km range that just seems unreasonable.... after all, they have warp drives don't they? why wouldn't they just warp to the target...

Please Read My Suggestions CCP Titans
.The Rag, Erebus and Avatar are vastly down on DPS they need another 50% damage. So that they are closer to 17kDPS .Titan can be killed in Low sec it should be able to use it's DD in low sec so it can be able to defend itself. .Titans need to be able to track BS sized ships while they are moving so that they are worth fielding in battle.
Motherships
.Need an effective role against POS's they need to be able to do similar DPS to a dread or two to a POS after all they are super capitals. .If Motherships are not given an anti POS role the pilots who have Moms wont be able to participate properly. . Fighter bombers needs the equivalent DPS to two dreads, so around 9000DPS . Fighter bombers need adequate defenses to stealth bombers after all it's not right if a low risk fleet of 5 cheap ships shoots off 5 mils worth of bombs and blows up 1 bils worth of fighter bombers.

You meen to try balance 6 turrets with bcus? Well lets leave out the cpu issue, how the hell you gona balance 1 turret with 500% bonus with 4 (even 5 mods)? And even if thats possible you know that leviathan is tanking using midslots right? So you either gona have a weak tank or a ypu gona need half an hour to jump out. I dont have a problem with that, but erebus and avatar dont have such problems.
My suggestion is to give to leviathan so much bonus more than the turret titans to balance it out with 6 launchers against the 6 turret titans.
I dont have any probs with what you suggesting about titan bonuses, even if its gona take looooooooooong time to implement it. But can shield bonuses be instant pls? ________________________________________________

Any hope of fixing the issue that the capacitor and shield gang bonuses increase the max capacity without changing the actual amount? IE when a Leviathan jumps into a system, and gets its shield bonus applied, it can be 'missing' over a third of its shield hitpoints, with no hope of repping it back on its own due to the hp buff. This is a smaller problem with the normal siege warfare links as well.
Hell, if the passive tank bonus is too much, add a nerf to shield recharge rate or something, because going into battle with such a large chunk of hp missing is terrible. This would only make it on par to the armor gang bonuses after all.

Yeah bcs I allways have my 20 triage carrier alts login in each time i wana play. And I allways like to play with -37.5% of my main tank. Its nice to play during a tz when your major enemy cannot hot drop you with 100erts of caps but thats not the case for every1. Not that the booster gona help me though but how many times you got out with 99% hull? Even that little helps. And yes you gona say resists are better than active tank, but if you do the math you gona see that on some cases they are on some others they arent. If you die ie after 15 mins you gona have boost more than 1-2% resist for a specific damage type. If you die in 2 mins nor the booster either the 50 triage carriers gona help you survive, whatever you have fitted. ________________________________________________

Thank you. This update looks to be such win that I will forgive you for calling my drones "silly".
Really though, what needed to be fixed was the re dock timer not the Moro's drone bonus. That's all Ill say since everything else is great.
A speed bonus for the Hel's fighters and bombers would be fitting though it would need a tracking bonus to go along with that.
Now back to saving my iskies for a moth.. er.. supercarrier.
