Hello,
i¦m sorry my english is not hat good, but i try to explain my problem. in the past i recognize that nearly everyone is logging off if he gets tackled. so its impossible to kill players, they only need to log off and warp away even though they are scrambled and so on. i hate it. then they log in again, log off and login again, and they are not there where they logged off the first time.
why not make it impossible to logoff if you are attacked by players? or maybe a 30sec countdown to logg off. something like this.
i would know the vie of the others ...

Because you can't keep someone from pulling their network/modem cable out and forcing a disconnect. The game can't tell the difference between CTRL+Q or a disconnect. ------------------------------------

CCP has had to implement the log off in the way they have due to the reasons shown above, those players that suffer random disconnects due to whatever reason, hardware or software failure, etc, would be penalised if they didn't have some level of protection when this unwanted disconnects occurred.

If a player is scrambled, they won't warp off for 15 minutes. The exception to this is if they hit a warp interdiction bubble AND they did not warp off before logging out; in those cases they will remain in space for up to two minutes.
If a player is not scrambled but you've performed an aggressive act against them, they will warp away up to about 1,000,000km. They will then remain in space for 15 minutes, which should be ample time for you to get a combat probe after them.
Remember that they will be near the location that they logged out at. This should make it easy to probe them out.
I like this arrangement because it provides a definite purpose for covert-ops ships, or at the very least, encourages players to include some kind of prober-fit ship in their fleets.

Right after Dominion, I was getting a disconnect at least once an hour. And even now, I suspect Mac disconnects > PC.
So just remember that many (most?) disconnects are involuntary.

yeah i know how to scan them out when they logged off. but what i hate is the fact, that they logOff/logIn three times within 1-2min, and you arnt able to catch him. its impossible.
in other games there are features, where you cant logOff while you are in a fight.
